Booked accomodation maticuloualy for my seriously ill daughter to go to her dream concert.The accomidation was cancelled on me for greed as he has not infalted prices for the concert. Booking.comcould find no alternative accomodation and told me i had a £600 buffer to try and sort the two nights with taxis etc.Came back with all receipts and now not authorising anything not even a premier inn invoice as it doesnt state 2 people on it even though my confirmation does.Complete fraudsters ! Will NEVER use again.

Well it may seems like the plans are a bit expensive, but for those who don't use it. Asa designer, Iam use adobe every day and I can't do my work properly without it. So I am ok with paying what they askign because my salary depending on my wrok in premier. Overall , I acn say that prices are not so constly they are affordability for many who value this product. ಠ_ಠ

Unfortunately, like many others, I bought a course for a very small amount of money and have discovered today that a large sum of money - £185 - has been taken from my account. I did not knowingly or willingly sign up for any annual subscription and Domestika are saying that they do not offer refunds. I have previously had a good experience with Domestika courses in the past but will now be cancelling my account. This behaviour is underhand and I would have thought unnecessary.

I went into the Shawlands branch to buy a DVD box set and at the same time donate some games and a wine rack. As soon as I entered, a male staff member told me to wait until he’d served customers, then came over, and asked “Can I ask what’s in the bag?” in a tone as if I was stealing from the shop rather than donating. I was then grilled as to whether the games I was donating were complete. He then pointed to the wine rack and said it was too big to take.I felt like The Accused in court rather than someone supplying their stock for free.I wasn’t expecting a knighthood for my donation, but genuine gratitude rather than suspicion would serve the organisation well.When I got home I found that one of the five DVDs was missing! I phoned the shop to suggest they show as much care over the quality of goods going out as they do over goods being donated, and he got very defensive, saying customers regularly steal from boxes and that he didn’t like my tone!They’ve had their last donation and last purchase from me!

I have been a member with AAA since 2007 and for the first time I use their concert tickets member benefit. I ordered my ticket on morning of the concert for Usher and when I arrived to the venue, the ticket was not available, not yet transferred . I spent two hours on the phone, at the venue, with customer service to no avail and, obviously I never was admitted into the venue. Their policy is no refunds so I was not refunded never saw concert. Reached out the next morning to them because the customer service lines were closed while in the middle of me talking to someone the night of the concert. And they emailed me back that They could not refund me. After that, I disputed it with my bank but because of their policy there was absolutely no refunds. I Paid $50 for parking For the evening. I will not be renewing my membership with AAA and I just got a new life insurance policy to replace theirs also so I will be canceling that as well. They had already dropped the ball with my car insurance that I had with them for years so I left to another agency. But this was the last straw and every time I think about it, I’m frustrated.Thanks AAA for the poor customer service and not refunding me for something that I never received.

I bought an expensive LG dryer that does anything but drying the laundry. When you are talking to their "customer service", your are spending a lot of time in their loop. We eventually succeeded in getting a service guy appointment, but the guy never showed up. The information you get from the call center persons consists mainly of lies. It took us 3 calls, just eventually to find out that the filter in our dryer might not be right. Well, as I said, the service guy never showed up. I disputed the payment with my cc company. I hope that in the end, Home Depot, who delivered the scrap, will pick it up.

I would give no stars if I could. I made a donation to a charity through this platform (using my cellphone). At no point did the process show me that I could choose to "donate" to the Justgiving platform if I so desired. I completed the transaction, to find I had "voluntarily" given this so-called free platform $CAN32. Totally unethical. I am going to dispute this transaction with my creditcard and donate directly to the charity.
