I wish I would have reviewed this site before making a purchase. The slide show service they offered was medicore compared to others. I signed up for a one time project, 4 months later I noticed a $42 charge on my statement. Then noticed $42 a month for the past 4 months. I never, absolutely never, agreed to a monthly subscription. I wanted to create one slide show for my daughters cheer team. I am not sure who would have the need to create slide shows on a monthly basis and if you are constantly creating slideshows, then you should probably just get familiar with software that you own, not lease. This service makes no sense. In any case, I contacted the company 4 times via email, since they do not have a customer support number listed anywhere, and no one replied. I finally received a reply to my first email 3 weeks after sending it. I explained that I did not sign up for a monthly memebship and they refused to refund me. I asked again politely, explaining that I did not see anything that said I would be charged monthly after my one project, still no refund. I was told that I was wrong and they would help me. I know my bank will credit me, but I just want more people to be aware of this companies practices. They hope you will turn into a sleeping bear and not realize your card is being charge a random dollar amount like $42. I just read other reviews and other people are having the same issues! STAY AWAY! There are plenty of other online slide show services and even free software that works as well. I was over charged more than $160 for a 5 minute slide show. Don't make the same mistake. This review could have been completely different had the company just honored my request or if they would of replied to one of my many emails within a reasonable amount of time, but their service is poor. Customer Service is the key to success!

Sorry excuse for a reputable company, I have had problems and became frustrated with the lack of service. Spoke with customer service about canceling and getting a refund. Was promptly told it had been more than 30 days since the account autorenewed, so I couldn't get a refund.

Ordered a birthday present for my daughter on a 48 hour delivery. I ordered it several days in advance to make sure it would arrive on time but it was late by over a week. Complained numerous times but all I ever got was the same standard response every time with the exact same bland wording. No explanation for the delay or compensation. No one even bothered to type a proper response. Will never order from them again.

This is my first time using Agoda. I found the best deal for Malta stay through Agoda,booked it, then checked the reviews and got horrified whether my booking was legit or not. Note: I booked 1 week in advance 2 nights stay. I even emailed the hotel to double check if they have my reservation and they were very nice to reassure me that it's all confirmed through Expedia. (Maybe Agoda is using other websites, I don't know how they operate.) Today I checked in my hotel room and I just wanted to write a nice review about Agoda, because I feel people are using this platform only to complain, but when they have a nice experience- they don't bother to write it. Maybe Agoda has slow customer service, I did not need any assistance, so on that cannot say anything. Just want to mention that it's a legit site and it does has very tempting deals. I will consider using it again for my next travels.

Waited over 5 hours for a tow truck .My car was in my drive way and needed to be towed to my repair shop that is 6 miles away. I missed my appointment at the shop. I got several automated calls and excuses but no service. If my wife needed road side assistance at night on the side of the highway,would she get the same treatment?AAA IS A WASTE OF MONEY. I WILL NOT RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION NOR WILL FAMILY MEMBERS.

This company gives poor customer service. The subscription would not allow me to download pictures each month. I asked them to cancel, they responded and told me I should up my subscription. I emailed them again and they said I could but that I would be fined for canceling. They completely ignored the issue of the subscription not working. If you value your time and money don't use this company.

Nice that the treatment level is high but a shame that with that price tag, there is no customer service. Waste of money as most of things in London.
