Hard to even say anything without being rude. Clearly customer services is held in India or a country where English isn't their first language. As not one individual had the capability of identifying my issue from my complaints(with photographic evidence provided, might as well have sent a picture of some toast as they never looked at it). On top of that they struggled spelling and even constructing proper sentences. When they fail to help they stop replying and mark the issue on your account as no fix found...
Review of dsw
On two separate occasions I placed orders, and within seconds of placing the order I realized that I made a mistake. But, DSW would NOT CANCEL the order. They have wasted a lot of money forcing customers to absorb purchases. I am now stuck with a pair of EXTRA WIDE shoes that I was not permitted to cancel within seconds of the order. DSW can’t sustain their customer base doing business like this. I don’t live in the USA so it’s even more costly for me to make purchases. Companies like Amazon and many others are considerate of their customer base. They realize that keeping a client saves and makes them more successful.

For years second time in less than a month my internet service has failed. Yesterday afternoon, July 17 my home Wi-Fi, (29512) AT&T internet air stopped working. Their app said service would be restored by 2 am central time. This morning the app claims it will be restored within 24 hours. It hard to see how AT&T takes the needs of their customers seriously in providing such unreliable and inconsistent information. It is suggested that the review should be helpful - do your job.

Review of flipkart
Worst experience I ever had with Flipkart support team. They don't help instead they say wait, it's technical error we can't help for any raised issue. Flipkart have so many issue now a days, start from placing order to returning the product. They cancel the return without informing the customer and when raising a concern they asked to wait.

I’ve subscribed to the paper and electronic version of the Daily Telegraph for a number of years. The recently revised electronic version is definitely not a step forward. in fact it’s a whole lot worse! I can appreciate that the two versions - paper and online - are unlikely to be the same, but the new version prevents you starting at the beginning and going through to the end. it seems all over the place!Designers, go back to the drawing board, please.
Review of Stack Overflow
Absolutely pathetic service. You have an issue, you search through Bing, Google, etc to try and find a fix. You can't find one so you decide "Hey, I know, I'll ask someone on the appropriate Stack Exchange site. They'll know what to do." So you go to the Stack Exchange site appropriate to the area you're working in, ask your question, and right off the bat someone's barking at you that your question is a duplicate. No help. No assistance. No friendly greeting. Just immediate badgering as if "How dare you ask something that's remotely similar to something else on our site?!?!?"You can't get started on this network because of the clique that exists with the "moderators". They always act as if you should bow down and worship everything they ever say and tell you to do and don't you DARE think of standing up to them. Seriously, these moderators make you think of people with teenager maturity level living in their mom's basement while they're single at 45, playing World of Warcraft all day and only getting on Stack Exchange during their free time. This whole "IT'S A DUPLICATE" thing has GOT TO GO. These moderators get off on being the one to mark it as duplicate or something as if there's a reward for doing so. And all that is actually mild compared to if you get on one of the religious stack exchange sites and say something that the moderators don't doctrinally hold to. Good grief, they'll open the gates of hell and immediately conduct a crusade against you.And what happens if you try to contact "Stack Exchange" to resolve something? NOTHING! The contact form goes immediately to the moderators of that particular stack exchange site, whom you have the problem with to begin with, and of course they're not going to do jack.Take my advice and stay away from Stack Exchange. Find another site who's actually focused and helping people and customer service because it's clear that Stack Exchange is NOT, but rather just a clique of immature people friended together who make themselves feel better and like they've actually accomplished something in life simply because they gained "points". Grow up stack exchange.

It wasn't at all clear that I was signing up and paying for a $40 subscription when I thought I was getting a 7-day free trial. Suddenly I got an email with a receipt for wayy more than I would have wanted to pay. I reached out to ask for a refund right after I received the receipt but they wouldn't refund anything. Update: they reached out later and said they would give me a one time refund on my subscription which was gracious.

Wouldn't give their suppprt even 1 star. We eventually managed to get our printer sorted without the so-called support which is non existent. Automatic robot crap, surely not A!!!!!! Disgraceful non contact. This company needs stripping down and starting again
Review of amazon
Amazon Customer Service does not communicate to their customers well, they give their customers the run around and don’t care for the product they spent their hard earned money on, when speaking with Customer Service you’ll have one representative tell you one thing while the other one will tell you completely different that will have you guessing and wondering what’s going on with your shipment, this has happened constantly and they seem to not care, don’t want to resolve the issue at all, I urge anyone else dealing with this problem to shop somewhere else, rather than shop here and have your money played with.
Review of coursera
Coursera Plus "Free" Upgrade is a total scam. I purchased a course to have it forever and was tricked into changing this purchase into a Coursera Plus subscription, with the website stating it was the same exact thing except one gets more courses. It was not a free add-on after all, the course I originally purchased disappeared after a month unless I continued with my subscription. Very disappointing sales tactics for a company with otherwise good quality material overall.
