Customer service absolutely shocking

Customer service absolutely shocking. Emails are not answered and phone calls are a waste of time. During the bad weather in April we were late arriving from Hong Kong, the ground staff on arrival told us our connecting flight would wait for us -after a mad dash across Dubai airport - we were denied boarding even thou the flight was still there. So we had to go to the connections desk - omg 1 hour later we eventually got a new flight the same day but at first they wanted us to wait 3 days for a new flight without any mention of payment for a hotel - and this was business class !! To this day - 25 days later I still don’t have my bag. Will they take responsibility? No. All I’m told is to wait 😡

This company sold me a pair of shoes…

This company sold me a pair of shoes that did not exist and promised me they would be delivered by Christmas as they were a gift for a child. They messed me around for over a week. I was trying to get a refund to purchase a different present, and they told me that my money would not be refunded to me for at least four days. After a multitude of emails, no resolution and the package will not be here in time for Christmas. Take your business elsewhere.

Complete lack of Customer Service

I booked a hotel room so that we could attend a wedding being held at the same venue. Wedding was lovely but then a few days after returning home I noticed £201.00 had been taken from my bank account by Booking.com !! After a very long wait I did get through to someone at CS on the phone who said I had been charged because I was a 'no show'. I needed to send proof of both our payment to the hotel and the money Booking.com had taken from us. I did this and now nothing !! I have tried phoning and have sent two messages to CS but with no luck and no sight of my money !! Will not be using these again...

LEGO Scams Customers – Refuses to Deliver or Refund

I’m absolutely fed up with LEGO’s horrible customer service. I ordered products from their website and never received a thing. Instead of taking responsibility, LEGO has consistently refused to provide any proof that the package was delivered to me. They claim UPS confirmed delivery, but when I asked for basic verification like a photo, signature, or GPS location, they flat out told me, “We take UPS’s word for it.” Really, LEGO? This is how you handle missing packages?The Full Story: 1. No Proof, No Accountability: Despite multiple calls and emails, LEGO refuses to offer any proof of delivery. In fact, when I spoke to a customer service rep named Matthew, he openly admitted that LEGO wouldn’t help further and told me to just “deal with it.” This is beyond unacceptable—LEGO is keeping my money without delivering the products I paid for. 2. Passing the Buck to UPS: LEGO seems to think that once the package leaves their warehouse, they can just wash their hands of any responsibility. Newsflash, LEGO: under consumer protection laws, you’re responsible for ensuring I receive my order. But apparently, LEGO thinks it can just hide behind UPS and leave customers high and dry. 3. Worst Customer Experience Ever: The arrogance of LEGO’s customer service is mind-blowing. After hours spent on the phone and emails that went nowhere, I was basically told that their decision was final and that I wouldn’t get my money back or even proof that my package was delivered. This is a giant company that should be able to handle something as basic as proving a delivery.Don’t Buy From LEGO Directly: LEGO’s customer service is a joke. I’ve never had this experience with any other major retailer. Be warned—if your package goes missing, LEGO will not help you. I trusted LEGO to deliver, and instead, they’re just pocketing my money and refusing to even provide proof of delivery. Unbelievable.

The Kroger company does not care about…

The Kroger company does not care about disabled. My husband and I both cannot walk into the store for grocery shopping. Long before the coronary we were having groceries delivered to us through Instacart or thru the Kroger website. We are blocked from getting things - such as bottled water and foaming hand wash which are needed with my husband's cancer of the spine and recent operation. We have to wait three days out as it is. An hour in the morning doesn't help if you cannot lift groceries.

I am always working So I put the delivery address (pick up Point) nearest to my work place. i don't know what happen all the item has been not deliver but ask the Amazon customer service sorry delivery late we will send to you as soon as possible now more than month i didn't receive the delivery or Amazon never refund the money to me. It is a great sistem for people that are new to linux and aren't looking for anything to fancy. It is simple and really easy to use wile also being really light (Making it also good for VMs). For people looking for some more advansed and custimizable sistem ... well it does the job, but in that case i would say there are a few linux sistems that do it better (Tho most require more setting up).
