Terrible customer service

I ordered one pair of shoes and everything was fine. After signing up for their VIP service they sent me an email quoting a sale price on another pair of shoes I had also been looking at. When I checked the website it was a different price so before I ordered them I contacted customer service and was told to place the order and the discount would be applied manually. I did what they were asking and they still are not honoring the sale price plus they expect me to pay the return shipping. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Signed up for "free HBO Max for life" promotion. One year later, they removed it and said "promotions change." Their contracts mean nothing - they'll change terms whenever they want and dare you to cancel.

Prime, not as good as it was

Amazon Prime used to be next day delivery, but lately their service has slipped, now up to 3 days. Sometimes they don't even bother to ring the bell or knock, they just leave the parcel outside and drive off like a greyhound out of a trap.

This paper does not care for it’s…

This paper does not care for it’s readers it ignores all correnspondence.We have a bingo card which you should mark off with numbers printed in the paper daily. The Mirror is not printing any bingo numbers but the Sunday People are.I have emailed and phoned and cannot get a response from anyone.I hope people stop subscribing to this useless paper so they go bust.Have just had a helpful conversation with a lady called Louise, the numbers are there but I have been missing them because they are in the puzzle section.

Excellent newspaper but recently let down by subscription issues.

I've been a happy subscriber to The Telegraph app for many years. The quality of the journalism and wide variety of topics is second to none. I regularly recommend The Telegraph. I recently had an offer to renew my subscription which I was keen take up. Due to a glitch in their system, I was initially overcharged and an unauthorised regular direct debit set up. This has all now been resolved to my satisfaction, an unreserved apology given and my confidence renewed in The Telegraph.

Damaged laptop

I booked in my pc recently and there's still no word from hp.I booked it in within a year of purchase due to issues that rose, and it's clear it came back with worser issues because I had to book it in AGAIN with other issues.Now they be asking me to pay for damage I had no hand in, I expressed my feeling towards this matter to a worker that works at hp store.. and they never got back to me, it's been weeks and still no word from hp. I have so much to do and I am really getting super pissed.

Used,crypto.com for a while, but then made a usdt investment or two that were lost, spoke to crypto.com, who advised that they had stopped usdt transactions in May. When questioned how did these transactions go through.. they locked my account...079723-Typical reply contact us we will help, didnt i say i spoke to Crypto.com already, and several tines after...

Not Invoice and stubborn support

Coursera does NOT provide invoices. If you ask for an invoice, they lie saying that they provide tickets and it is compliant, when in countries such as Spain is mandatory to have an Invoice to declare it as an expenditure. The support was stubborn about this and closed the ticket unilaterally !!!!

Earn feature shows zero in spot wallet

When I transferred crypto to my Binance Japan account it showed up in my spot wallet, but it did not show when I tried to use the earn, withdraw or trade functions. I asked Binance customer support about this but I could not get a reply from a human even after waiting for several hours. After six days I'm still waiting for a reply for my customer support ticket. I just figured out for myself that I have to go into the transaction history, click on "status" and verify the sender of the transaction. I'm changing my rating to a two, because I was able to resolve this myself. But I'm very unhappy with the Binance customer service, as I still haven't gotten a reply for my support ticket and there was no information about this sent to me after the change over to Binance Japan, as far as I can tell.
