The thing that i enjoy the most about Brevo is that they listen to the feedback of their user when releasing and developing new stuff that make sense concretely for a business owner.Great Company, number one for me !

I was given horrendous service, told by a manager, no actually promised that my deposit would be returned $160.00... here it is months later and nothing! He gave me his name, now when I call no one knows anything. I would stay away from this company, undoubtedly!

Bought my son a lego set for Christmas. It was missing a brick. Called to request a new one. They told me 7-10 days, which is already long. Two and half weeks later, I hadn’t received it. Then called and was on hold for awhile only to find out that the person I had spoken with out in my address incorrectly. Now I’m told I need to wait another 13 days to receive the reshioped piece. Absurd

I purchased a single course that was advertised for €0.99, only to discover later that I had been charged €156 for an annual subscription I never knowingly agreed to.There was no clear warning that this one-time purchase would enroll me automatically into a yearly plan. This kind of dark pattern behavior—where users are tricked into subscriptions—is highly unethical and borders on being a scam.I reached out for a refund, but the support team was unhelpful and insisted the charge was valid. This is unacceptable.Be very careful before entering your payment details on Domestika. What seems like a small, affordable course can result in unexpected and unauthorized charges.I will be reporting this to my bank, the relevant consumer protection authorities, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform.

The “expert solved” problems have really gone down hill. To the point where more are wrong than right. I’ve asked questions and included the answer from the back of the book as I need to know the method to get to that answer, it comes back with a completely different answer. Blatant chatgpt copy pastes or just completely incorrect procedures. When contacting support to ask them to add the question back they act like you’re asking for a kidney. They tell you the procedure is to down vote question and it will be reimbursed, but it never is. Chat is OK but support emails are never responded to.Edit to add: Same copy paste response as every other comment."The answers are not guaranteed to be 100 %" accurate. Sure, small errors are easily made, particularly with maths/science calculations, I wouldn't have an issue with that. But when more than half are wrong then it's a problem.

We took the best tour in Roatan Honduras. We took a Carnival cruise but booked independently thru Real Deal Roatan Tours. This is probably one of the best excursions we have ever taken in 20+ cruises. You will not be disappointed. Tour includes stops at viewpoint, landmarks, souvenir shopping, chocolate factory and rumcake factory plus the monkey and Sloth Park where you get to hug a sloth and take picture with the monkeys and macaws. Plus you get to learn about the history and culture of the island.

I ordered shoes but due to size issues, I had to exchange them. The exchange didn't arrive on the given date and it was delayed. I called customer service and they kept telling me to wait with no update or no help whatsoever. I waited for two days and still no product. Later they told me that the product was accidentally shipped to a different location. The customer service associates are extremely incompetent, and they cannot do their jobs. They are not in contact with the warehouse team which I find absolutely disappointing and instead of solving my problem they kept creating new problems for me. I called them so many times and still they couldn't fix their own mistakes. DO NOT TRUST AMAZON DELIVERY!
