Scam company. Sold tickets to an event that wasn’t even happening. The only way we found out was driving to the ‘event’ and the huge convention center is was being held knew nothing of it. Don’t deal with the this company, they take your money and you get nothing in return.

I bought a ticket for the Yasiin Bey concert in Berlin, but the artist changed the date last minute. I contacted the organizers and Eventbrite multiple times for a refund—no response. My friends bought tickets from other platforms and got refunded immediately. Why should I carry the cost for a date change? Other providers handle refunds properly. This is unacceptable.

I made a prime order for next day delivery and I waited for delivery when it said it would be delivered by DPD the item didn't arrive I contacted an Amazon associate via their online chat and I was promised it would be delivered the next day sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah it never arrived when promised other promises were made by several different associates and were broken , eventually I had to insist on a refund which was like trying to get blood out of a stone, this is not the first time I have had problems with next day prime delivery I am leaving MH account active until I have the refund in my bank and then I will probably close prime and my Amazon account and I'll go back to using eBay, what's the point in paying for prime if they don't deliver next day like they should , my parcel should have been delivered on 13/3/2025.

I've been using Open Table for several years now. I make reservations often - maybe once a month - and have never had a single problem. It's very easy to use - with a few clicks on the site (or app) I can make a reservation. I also don't receive constant e-mails - just reminders about the reservation a day or so beforehand. PLUS...you get points every time you make (and keep) a reservation. Bonus!

Checked the forecast twice yesterday for a planned bike ride, <5% chance of precipitation apparently. Not long back from that ride and 3 hailstorms plus a torrential downpour later it's just as well I always carry a waterproof! Literally no point checking the forecast.

They cancelled my order without telling me. It says my package was "refused". I have no idea what they mean by that. I have not refused anything. It was to be sent to their recommended collection point but that did not work. The customer support of their website does not work at all. I waited for the live chat for 30+ minutes, but nothing happened. They claim it takes less than 2 minutes. After filling out the email form and trying to send, the bol website tells me there was an error on their side. I do not know what to do. How can I reach bol?It is stupid to cancel an order without telling me why and to not have working customer suppot. Where is my refund? How long will it take? Update: They called me the day after I posted this review and informed me of everything that had happened. I am happy that they reached out. When I get my refund I will change my rating accordingly. Update 2: I got my refund after 6 days.

We booked a 3-week trip to Beijing, Korea, and Japan with flights and all accommodation through Agoda. While the first two flights went smoothly, the final flight back to Beijing was a disaster due to Agoda providing the wrong departure time.We received the incorrect flight details on the day of travel, and their confirmation email matched the wrong time. As a result, we were an hour late and missed our flight.When we contacted Agoda, they refused to take responsibility, saying it was up to us to double-check the time—even though they provided it! No refund or compensation was offered, and we had to pay $650 out of pocket for a new one-way ticket.Very disappointing customer service. Would not recommend booking flights through Agoda.

Horrible service! I’ve been a customer for over 40 years. I’ve only needed to call them three times and it’s always a minimum of a 2 hour wait for service. But on the cold dark night of December 14, 2024 I needed assistance in the Philadelphia area for a flat tire. I called and was told that a dispatcher would call me soon regarding an ETA for roadside assistance. And that the contractor company would contact me when they’re on their way. 45 minutes elapsed without any further contact. I went on the app and it showed that someone was on their way and you could see the countdown of minutes. When it got to zero, no one had arrived, five minutes later still no one had arrived. So I called roadside assistance after my initial call one hour 45 minutes prior. At this point, they told me not to follow that app and that no one is available and I have to find my own help. Asked why I was not contacted regarding “no help available”, they could only say sorry. Absolutely unbelievable! I canceled my membership.

Requested refund 1/20/21. Nothing. Called back 1/29/21. "I see your request has been escalated but cannot tell you if or when you will receive a refund". Who operates like this today? Their CSR's have visibility to account activity and should be empowered to refund $97 upon request. Now they have wasted my time twice and that of two CSR's and only managed to ignore me enough to spread the word. Utter incompetence.

I will NEVER order from Avas Flowers again. I ordered one of their bouquets on Thursday May 2nd to be delivered on Saturday May 4th for my daughters 18th birthday. Got confirmation. As the day went on on Saturday and the flowers had not arrived, I called to double check a couple times and was told that flowers were out for delivery. I checked online a couple of times also. Well, NO flowers for my daughter on her 18th birthday, I called again and it was after hours, their website only allows you to insert the order number. I tried calling Sunday, no phone hours on Sunday. Monday I called and talked to three different people who kept trying to figure out what went wrong. I finally told them I didn't care what had gone wrong, I just wanted the flowers. After spending over 40 mins on the phone Monday and numerous calls and online checks on Saturday and Sunday, I just wanted my flowers. A woman finally came on and offered me 10 percent off and they would re-deliver.Or cancel my order!I had spent over an hour of my time tracking down the flowers they were supposed to send for my daughters birthday. And they wanted to offer me 10 percent?? I asked them nicely to refund the entire cost of my flowers due to my experience and please re-deliver the flowers. She said Im really sorry but I cannot do that. I told her if she was really sorry she should offer more than 10 percent. She said she was sorry and couldnt. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

TLDR is that Amex incorrectly linked my card with another person’s , may have exposed my personal information to that person and refuses to make it better. My big learning- stick with Chase I just applied and was approved for the Amex Gold card. Important to note this is my first Amex card. I got an email to create an account and attempted to do so. As I created the account, a prompt asked for my mothers birthday. “That’s weird” I thought, “I don’t remember giving them that information as part of the process”. Amex then accused me numerous times of not knowing my mother’s birth date before kicking me out for security purposes.So I called , was put on hold and eventually spoke with someone. I was then told I have had the Delta sky miles card since 2018. I was also asked if I’d changed my last name. I was told there’s a $6K balance. So now I’m in a panic that someone has had a credit card open in my name for 5 years. They reassured me it’s been flagged for fraud. Freaking out, I run my credit reports from all three bureaus (incurring a charge). To my surprise, said Amex card is not noted in any of my credit reports.So I call again. This time the representative tells me that the account of the delta card my gold card is linked to has a different last name, social security number, and address. It also has had a revolving credit line that’s been used and paid. The only piece of information that seems to match is our first name. OUR FIRST NAME!! And my name isn’t that unique. They reassure me that they will make sure the accounts are separated and that I can use my gold card once it arrives.Gold card arrives. I try to create an account again. Told my card is blocked again. Call again. Again told I also have a delta card. Then told the fraud teams is still investigating and it may take 30 days and there’s nothing I can do. She at least unblocked my card.I then asked if Amex could do anything to make my experience better given I’ve wasted a bunch of time on the phone regarding their error along with money . I was also in a panic that my identity was stolen. She transformed me (erroneously) to the corporate card side who then finally transferred me to the personal side who then said they would do nothing.Trying to figure out if there’s a regulatory violation as it’s possible the person with the Amex delta card could’ve seen my information I will get my bonus points use them and immediately cancel this card and avoid Amex like the plague.
