RALEIGH NC: Sunday MAY 26, 2024: AT&T Fiber Internet outage AGAIN after multiple outages which lasted for 3-4 days in the month of May 2024 alone. We are switching back to Spectrum immediately. How AT&T operates a company like this is mind boggling and unacceptable! With every outage AT&T states it shall be minimum of 1-2 days until internet is restored. Your consumers AT&T depend on their internet working to work, school, life.

Absolute nightmare. They've permanently deleted key disaster recovery procedures for my team only because I didn't log in to the account for a mere couple of months (!) and their emails landed in a separate folder, so I didn't notice. It's not like the account wasn't used for 5 years, just a few months! I didn't have need to log in frequently throughout that period, and would've never suspected they would delete everything after just a few months (!). I regret ever considering them as an option, stay away!

I wish I researched the Pandora online reviews before I purchased from them. I will NEVER order from them again! I ordered a few items online back in Nov 2021 and when I received them I had 2 items that I don't like so I returned them back by mail in the beginning of Dec 2021 (don't know why they can't be return in store like other companies do). I also keep tracking that my parcel made it back to the Pandora warehouse which it did. Until now I still have not receive my refund. I called them 6 times about this, they either say it is still processing or there is a glitch in the system and now it is fixed you should receive it in 7-10 business. I waited for 2 months now and I still have NOT receive my refund. So ridiculous.! Never thought such a big reputable company will do that.

I would not use messenger as there is no way to filter out the Hate mail, one does not know or have a certain individual as a know facebook buddy, etc, a person unbeknownst to you or me can send thru Hate mail, wow, that packs a punch.One other issue I have found, and maybe it was before when I used an android phone was the messenger would screw around with my contacts. I do not notice this so much with my last few iphones, so that might be the issue.Richard

very much geared to the 'contest' sausage factory -why would you pay for a contest of say 10 or 12 and choose the best, when you can browse hundreds of premade designs for a fraction of the price. The one to one experience is a nightmare. The artist can completely ignore your brief and carry on regardless, 99 designs holds your money and there's nothing you can do. They make it quite clear that you pay for 'effort' not results and are liable for the artists time unless they release you. I use artist not designers as there really is no design consultation involved.Overall great if you want something photoshopped and have won the lottery not so good if you want to talk about design.

Basically, the Clara WB is what one expects: nice clear text (with quite a range of font options), simple operation. In other words, an eBook reader.But there are some annoyances. First, the exterior is rather slippery; I find it difficult to hold the unit in some positions and it seems really easy to drop. Second, a truly annoying software issue: when searching for books using Overdrive (public library), the source selection keeps reverting to the Kobo bookstore. And when I try to borrow a book, I end up on the Kobo bookstore page! This may not sound like a big deal, but it's guaranteed to drive you crazy if you are searching for several books, say when preparing for a trip. Of course Kobo wants to sell books, but this "in your face" aggressiveness? Come on, Kobo -- you can do better!

Awful customer service stayed at a hotel after traveling throughout the night. Was put in a room that had no AC in it waited 25 minutes after I had to unpack and repack after being on the road all night just to get into a room. Call IHG to explain the situation and had to deal with terrible customer service and unreasonable accommodations for the customer. I spoke to Joseph the operations manager and he was an awful manager terrible customer service did not fix the issue at hand and I would never stay at another IHG hotel ever again

After speaking to Elle Forbes to verify my annual review had been received it was discovered it had not. She completed the review for me over the phone saying it was no trouble and didn't want me repeat the whole process again. She kindly offered help with any other issues and reasured me not to hesitate to get in touch if I had any questions. She put my mind at ease with her very professional service and was much appreciated.

Best price on the market, at the time, but the booking process was made difficult due to website issues. If the app didn't redirect to website in this instance and booking could have been completed using only app this may have been easier. Biggest issue of all is Expedia participating in rewards/promotions that they then have issues honouring, despite meeting terms and conditions. Despite resubmitting cashback request (originally submitted with evidence n proof of purchase) Expedia have once again failed to deliver after over 6 months. Customer service at Top cashback have confirmed the issue lies with Expedia too, so no confusion or misinformation here. I think it's disgusting, as cashback may have influenced my decision. Why sign up to participate if you then don't want to honour? Completely unacceptable, and unexpected from such a large company.
