Home heat wasters! Just had to hold our front door wide open so the feckless delivery driver could faff around on his phone taking a photo v e r y s l o w l y of an item. Then more faffing around checking the initial and surname. It's 2C. There's snow on the ground. It's insane that Amazon insists on front doors being held open as proof of delivery in mid-winter. If they had to pay our heating bills they might amend their stupid unsafe and wasteful policy.
Review of nest
1-star is generous. I'm not one to post bad reviews but I have been completely blown away, speechless in fact, at how bad Google's product and customer services are.I've had a Hive thermostat for about 8 years, was on the fence for about a year on whether to change to Nest because 1) I wanted to be able to control the temp via an app. 2) Thinking Google is a renowned global brand and their product and services would be world-class.Hahaha.... how wrong I was.I changed the Hive to the Nest and have had nothing but problems ever since.Long story short, I have uninstalled the Nest and returned to the trusty Hive. All in all it's cost me almost £500 including the product and 2x installations. What is actually worse than their product not working is how awful their customer service is. By far the worst I've ever experienced by any company in all my life.An expensive mistake but had I known how bad the experience would be I would not have made the change in the first place. For anyone else on the fence between Hive and Nest, stick with Hive.

Review of domain
For the past year I have tried to solve a seeming simple problem with Domain.com, to no avail. I have chatted with and spoken to many customer service reps, e-mailed their advanced tech support and even sent in my ID and a utility bill to conform my identity although this poses a potential security risk to me. Still, no solution. When I purchased new domains a year ago, the owner’s/registrants email address was, for some inexplicable reason, recorded as "bounceatdomain.com". I obviously never entered this email address anywhere and I don’t have access to it. I was logged into my account at the time of registration with my regular email address already on file. The issue is now that no tech support rep has been able to change this email address for me to the email address already registered (and confirmed) with my account. I have been a customer for the past 20 years. The problem pertains to 4 domain names. I did everything the tech reps suggested, yet my case was closed several times without a solution. I got several apologies but no help.I was instructed to email registrantnamechangeatnewfold.com and did not get an answer. Sometimes my emails were auto rejected since the case numbers (E-154158 and ACR_78361) the rep told me to include caused an automated reject of my emails as the cases had been closed. On top of it two of my domains got suspended due to missing ICANN verification. Of course I cannot verify it as the email address bounceatdomain.com is not mine and I have no access to it. And here the infinite loop continues.Update: 3 days after posting my review Domain.com reached out to me with yet another request to submit my ID. I already did this a few weeks ago and I had mentioned it in my review above. This time they want me to download an App to my iPhone and verify my ID this way. I already uploaded my ID and a utility bill using a link I was sent. Now I am supposed to subject myself to even more security risks and STILL NO SOLUTION. Please Domain.com check your records, see that I already submitted my ID and finally solve this problem for me!!!Update: after 1 year and many attempts, domain.com finally solved my problem. Thank you to Executive Response Specialist Andrew M. At last I have my domains where I can use them. So far the company did not offer a compensation for my lost year or the many hours I had to spend attempting to solve the issue.
