I am beyond frustrated with Dell and the recent support of their systems. At my work we have had 3 Dell Inspirons 3793 units. All of which have had an identical problem where the screen goes black for no apparent reason, then 1-15 minutes later comes back as if nothing was wrong. All 3 units were built months apart. Countless hours have been spent trying to correct the problem—repair technician visits, support phone and left wondering when it will just quit working. I don't trust this machine and it's not even 30 days old! When will #Dell own up to the fact that there's a problem with the Inspiron 3793 model? I tried to leave a review—but that's not an option on their site. I'm tired of the Merry Go Round ... I need a reliable model that just won't go black. Return it for a refund or exchange it ... I just don't want it.
