Its been 4 years since I discontinued…

Its been 4 years since I discontinued my trial of AWS and I still get the 'faithful' email on time every month asking me to pay £0.0. Surely AWS computer programmers can write a simple program to check for account active/inactive status before sending this email? I can send screenshots. Reminds me of my favourite song from Eagles Hotel California - "you can check out but you can never leave" :)

AT&T is the worst

AT&T is the worst. They told me that they would pay off my phone that I had with another carrier, then I get an email stating that I don't qualify, because I could not buy my phone online, in store or over the phone. How else do you get a phone? This is deceptive advertising, so I am going to dump them and go back to my old carrier.

Acting like the Daily Mail

Acting like the Daily Mail, saw an online article about extra terrestrial /alien bodies found in Mexico. This pile of crap online article then quoted professor Dr Cox the famous scientist who was asked for his comments. This media company then mentions the professor's involvement with the music industry when he was young and goes on to quote bands etc and the fact that Dr Cox was a musician. This man is now a well respected scientist and has appeared on TV etc hosting science programmes. The daily mirror needs to sack all its numpty journos and editing staff who obviously never watch science programmes and in the future leave out irrelevant rubbish. Dr Cox probably has more brains in his little finger than all the mirror staff combined.

What an appalling shambolic excuse for a government. Plenty of money trees for them to hand out to their relatives and cronies but non for the robbed 50sborn women whose pensions were plundered and used to bail out greedy bankers. If i could have scored them zero I would have.

Review of Figma

Payment system is a scam

Used Figma for years but this is it. Their payment system is a complete scam. It's not clear at all that you have to pay for your OWN ACCOUNTS if you have two. You can ad them to Figma and switch between then but you get charged full seat for both!? Also it's not clear that you pay for everyone that makes edit to your designs. They said they will update this march 11 but not I believe that's not enough. If you keep a payment system like this the your intention is to get as much money as possible without knowing it.

1 star is way to generous

If I could give minus stars I would, 1 star is just too generous for these people. The definition of a scam. Took payment and made booking without my authorisation, after the first booking was cancelled. Exhausted by trying to call, chat, message with their customer 'support'. Each time there is a new person responding, it's like beating your head against a wall (actually that would be more pleasant). Even though I got a confirmation from a hotel that the booking can be cancelled free of charge, Agoda still is not resolving this issue and refunding me my money. They would probably respond something generic here, like we're sorry provide us more details. But just like on Instagram they would say to keep waiting from customer service. So they are holding my money hostage, while waiting for a confirmation from a 'third party', and a hotel! How is this supposed to be my problem, pay me back my money, and get yours back at your own pace.Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Review of venmo

CASH app is better.

Recurrently teamed up with Eat24. thats pretty kool. Venmo is a sister company to Paypal. Money takes about 1-2 business days to transfer to my bank account, annoying but I never really need the money righ away. Most people I know uses CASH app, you get your transfer right away and they have an awesome referral program!

Typeform is easy to use and gets us …

Typeform is easy to use and gets us great results. We use this to survey monthly event attendees about what went well and what we can improve. Typeform makes it easy for me to duplicate my survey each month and quickly make sense of the results when we hear back. On top of that, it's easily the best experience out of any survey tool available for the folks TAKING the survey, which is essential for getting good response rates. If your survey is annoying or frustrating to complete the chances that people bail early are huge, and it's almost certain they're not going try it again next month.

Do not sign up for their Red Card, it's a rip off. Horrible interest and late fees and they deliberately make it difficult to pay it down. A scam.

0 listening skills. charged me for a purchase I did not make, then claim that it was Amazon US and I need to be contacting them. They transfer me and then the call gets disconnected so I call back and 7 attempts later. And still nothings sorted.

Very disappointed Coursera

I have taken Coursera courses in the past but the standards have fallen remarkably. I can't see that the project is viable anymore because no one cares about the students. I just started a Memoir and Personal Essay specialization a few weeks ago, did the first two weeks in over a week, and have now gone back to find everything has been wiped. Go figure. The platform is clunky and difficult to follow and the reviewing system is terrible - pointless. I guess they'll expect to charge me now. Of course there is no tech support to refer to. Very disappointing. Buyer beware. Way too much of a hassle and they don't deliver.
