This was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I am not happy whatsoever. My Battlefront accounts are pretty much gone at this point. I contacted EA not once, not twice, and definitely not three times, but four times, to receive help restoring my old account that was being blocked by an old email! The verification process is horrible, asking for card information, your IP address and purchases you've made? Why exactly do you need my card information and my IP, as well...what if I haven't purchased anything? I gave my birthdate, my Xbox tag, and a screenshot displaying my tag and account only to be told that it's not enough and or be rudely disconnected. I'm seething, and if they truly cared about customer satisfaction, they'd help a lot more than they say they do. I've seen nothing but horrible reviews and I thought it couldn't be that bad, and by the devil am I sorry I found out for myself. At this point, this isn't a complaint...this is a burning audit. I can only hope someone decides to actually help get my account back before I highly, highly consider putting EA on blast and sharing the screenshots of the ridiculous conversations between four different agents! EA, you owe me and millions of other people. I'll immediately join the 1% that's willing to do something about it. You have my email, so do what's right for the customer and not your deep pockets. This company gives reasons to sue, something I'm not afraid to pursue and frankly, win.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. As a Genius Level 3 member (that I got for using the web a lot), I expected a high standard of customer support, but my experience has been the opposite. I was charged for a service I did not use, received non-functional links, and have yet to receive a resolution. This reflects a serious lack of accountability and raises concerns about the integrity of the platform.
Review of booking
If I could put zero I would do. We have booked a villa paid straight away in January 2025 for July 2025 for 4 adults and 4 kids below 7 yo. The booking for a computer error has been cancelled by booking in May. No email to tell us. They also kept all the money until today. We have found out today by chance. The property in the mean time has been booked 2 days ago by other people and as you can imagine not much availability in summer one week before travelling for 4 kids and 4 adults. Customer service horrible, even hung up several times. Although they admit it’s their fault they did absolutely nothing. Not even any compensation. We already payed all the very expensive flights and accordingly took our leave ( I am NHS consultant in a hospital ). Simply horrified by their lack of professionalism, lack of empathy and honestly by their utter rudeness. I will soon find an alternative to this horrible company that clearly hate kids as they ruined kids holidays and wouldn’t fix a problem caused by them actually quite easily fixable . Shame on them !!

They are doing everything illegally. I cannot even move to other service as they made me to stay with them for 3 years. Made a very big mistake moving from Verizon to AT&T. I wish AT&T go bankrupt soon. They are losing customer confidence. Their billing is most corrupt in the nation. Please don't believe Costco AT&T sales people are any sales and move blindly to AT&T. Tmobile has a better service than AT&T in NJ. Lets all sue AT&T for the illegal business practice they are doing.

Proceeding cautiously, each recommendation quite clearly was malware and attempted to get me to download all sorts of unrelated nonsense which would damage my pc.Would I ever look at PC Mag again 🤔NO

On Google people talk about it being solid.But after 12 months my charge socket is very temperamental, the cable needs to be very still and 'just right', so charging in the car is unreliable.Recently people complain they get their speech echoed back half a second later.idk if it's a general android phone thing but the battery% is almost impossible to read and there is no popup to tell me it is nearly out of juice.I'll be looking at reviews for other makes when I change.

I love getting their updates on concerts coming to my area before the actual venue's do, sometimes. And I like reading the comments from people who have gone to a particular bands show else where in the US and kinda gives you an idea of what to expect at the show. And if you go to a show, you can comment about that show. You can add pictures, posters, videos, etc. !!!! I think SONGKICK is awesome!!!!!!! Phyllis beard
