The courier company that Amazon.ca deals with for returns made a mistake recording the number of items I was returning therefore I only received half my refund.I have written several emails to their supposed customer service department for the last week now,still no reply or resolution.Its only a matter of $53.00 but as a senior citizen it's a loss I can't afford.How can a multi millionaire company be so incredibly irresponsible? I will never order another thing from Amazon no matter how good the price.No customer service at all,ridiculous.
