Ridiculous overcharges on Eventbrite Ads

I promoted two events on eventbrite through your ads, giving them £5 per day, but within a week they've each seemingly spent over £1000 seemingly which is ridiculous. Support said the charge was from the cost of impressions, but how could Eventbrite even deliver that many impressions with a £5 budget. What is the point of having a budget if they can just charge you whatever the hell they want above that. The case is currently being investigate, I will update when if I know more and whether this is resolved. Absolutely ridiculous.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Their mobile sales team that sets up kiosks in places like bjs, Costco, target... They lie to your face about costs. If they offer you a free phone, run like the wind. Smiling faces tell lies.

On Firefox, google chrome, micro edge. Chegg after 10 secs, says page not responding . Ever since the new update with AI, and whatever else big update. Really preforms poorly and any laptop on any browser I use. I can’t be the only one with this issue.

Absolutely hate the new layout

Absolutely hate the new layout! Have only just updated as always leave it as long as I can before updating. Utterly awful. Cannot easily see the most commonly read / my news is several days old in a layout order that I hate and cannot change. Have basically stopped using it all together after years of enjoying the app. Gutted.

My subscription doesn't transfer to the app even when I sign in to my account.

I'm really enjoying epoch news but I'm having a problem because I downloaded the app and when I sign into my account it tells me I have to subscribe, but I'm already subscribed. It won't let me view anything because it keeps telling me I have to subscribe. How can this be fixed?

They will hang up on you

I've been struggling to log in to my Target Circle Account for months now. I've tried calling and was asked for my information, they verified my account and sent a temporary password for me to use. That password never worked, and I am still unable to log in to my account after several attempts. The representative also hung up on me after he couldn't find another solution for me.

No clarity, no information and very poor customer service

I made an application to join with my partner for life on the 3rd of January. The National Trust have taken my money from my credit card, but I have received no notification that there was a problem until my wife called them to cancel her membership because of this new membership. They didn’t call me. When I called I discovered there was an ‘incomplete’ membership and that someone would sort it out and get back to me. Four hours later. I called again to find out what’s going on and the lady I spoke to can’t tell me why it was incomplete and the only solution is to send my money back. I have asked to speak to a manager but that is not possible. The only solution is to wait for 2 to 3 days until someone calls me with a refund and a re-application. Not very good customer service at all, especially when they can’t tell me why it has been incomplete or assure me that it won’t be incomplete again, very disappointing.

We have just thrown away our second perfectly good HP printer. Their insistence that you use there expensive inks and not compatibles isn't fine, but when they stop producing the inks that make your printer work, you have no where to go. DONT BUY

My complaints are the same as everyone else on here. They are holding my money hostage.. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a simple verification. I talked to 4 different people today just to get asked the same question over and over. One person I talked to said I was already verified and gave me a list of steps to clear the problem if it didn't work to message them again. It didn't work so I messaged them again the next answer I got was verification is a case by case basis. So wich one is it? Am I verified or not? Absolutely appalled UPDATE They finally pushed my KYC through. It took a lot of effort and persistence on my part also patience dealing with multiple people. Message them on Facebook messenger once you get an email started they always answer

they refused to service me for no reason what so ever. i didn't even bother responding to their email stating that they refusing to service me but have the right to no say why. They replied to themselves like 10 hours later thanking me for this conversation (what conversation??? i shall never find out) clearly i dodged a bullet there lol Stay away! there are other platforms in canada that are not horrendous like crypto.com. Save your time energy and money and stick to Bitget or crazy high fee Coinbase!
