Account got closed for no reason. I don't play in tournaments and my Elo was below 1000, so I don't understand what was the ban for. I e-mailed support, no answer so far. I can't make a new account because these people ban your e-mail, not just your profile which is total bs.

I recently tried to deploy a website with a database on AWS, but I ended up frustrated by the confusing user interface and lack of clear guidance on the website. The structure of the site was difficult to navigate, and the information provided was unclear, making it challenging to complete the deployment process.What made matters worse was that I checked my account balance, only to discover a charge of $31 from AWS. I never received any notification about this charge, nor did I actively sign up for any services. There was no clear communication on what would incur costs, which has left me feeling blindsided and upset.I understand that AWS provides powerful tools, but the lack of transparency and poor user experience have made me reconsider using their services again in the future. Clearer instructions and better communication are essential, especially when dealing with billing and unexpected charges.

I have constantly had problems with ATT service. Earlier this week, I visited the ATT store to upgrade my phone and was good to go but told that my trade in would gain $600 if I fixed the screen so I went and paid $220 to have it repaired. Then I returned and was told then that it wasn’t eligible. I had to visit the store two times to try to upgrade, eventually ending in a conversation with ATT customer service, as the store advised, before finally getting told that their system was the problem and there was nothing they could do. My phone has been paid off for nearly a month and they could see it on their end, but couldn’t do anything. I was told wait another month and try again. This is just one time of many that I have had issues. The last time I upgraded, I was told that I needed to switch internet plans and the rate was set but it went up after a month (nearly $30!). I’m officially switching to a company that is cheaper and easier to work with. There are SO MANY options that are cheaper than AT&T.

Criminally bad. They are thieves. They send people into my yard constantly to beg and slimeball their way into getting me to add more services. Didn't ever actually install internet. Call support is too Indian to understand anything that is going on, can't even type in your account number right, just the most intentionally-incompetent system ever.Finally managed to cancel after they billed me for over a month for nothing and I tried to speak Hindi to them. Instead of a refund, they applied "credit" to my closed account. If more of their canvassers ignore my "no soliciting" sign, they are going to have a very bad day.

Dear fellow Animoto user, it is an amazing product but all of their styles do not work. I don't think they have gotten the dimensions right for all the picture sizes on some styles. And as far as marketing goes, there should be an option to make one picture landscape and the rest portrait or vice versa. I have made several videos and am very happy. Good luck! - Gayathri B. We used to like Acrobat. NOW IT IS A PAIN IN THE BUTT! Everything that we receive from a client will not open anymore. We need to download everything (NO MATTER HOW LARGE OF A FILE) just to avoid the marketing tool that ADOBE feels the need to push EVEN THOUGH WE ALREADY USE IT

Lego always provides superb products, great ideas and ranges too. The Insiders is also a great incentive too and there are many money off, items to win etc that is on there. Lego have absolutely amazing customer service and are always happy to help if needed. I really enjoy purchasing from Lego as well as building the sets too. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from Google. Google took £59.95p out of my bank without permission. My bank took it back only to be lied to by Google so my bank then gave the money back to Google? I opened up a case and google could not find the subscription because I know there isn't one and Google said there is no case for a refund? So give me back my money! Meanwhile I also question whether I should stay with my bank ( Lloyds Bank) over this behaviour too? Too big to care about customers?

I bought a Xbox card at target it was not readable so we went back and the girl Champaigne and Shanon called the Xbox customer service,she deactivated the card and did not let us know . We went home and we called customer service they told us to go back to target for refund . Today we went back and Brian the store manager did not want to help at all he was laughing and just repeating It is store policy I can’t refund the money ! We got so upset but I also said that I will take target and the employees to the court . We got scammed and robbed . We are in disbelief that this is happening and target is stealing money that way . I have the deactivated card , the receipt but my grandson was crying because of the whole situation. Do not buy gift cards at Target they will not vouch or warranty . Be cautious.

"Moderators" abuse is rampant, leading to a very negative user experience. It’s clear why the site is failing—no advanced analysis is needed to see the reasons. With the advent of technologies like GPT, thankfully, we no longer need to rely on Stack Overflow. The platform is becoming obsolete, and many will welcome its decline. A recent rating of 1.7 out of 5 reflects the poor quality of the site, and in my opinion, it deserves an even lower score. Stack Overflow serves as a cautionary example of how not to manage a service website.
