Review of g2

A set up scam for fake reviews

I had a horrible experience with a company so I went to review them on G2 (the first result for that company's reviews), only to find that I had already made a review earlier (prompted by a monetary promotion), and I was not able to change it! So I tried to contact support, only to find that there IS NOT SUPPORT contact. So by all accounts it seems this website is a scam, set up by shady companies to garner themselves fake reviews using cash promotions. Very disappointing.

Where have sales gone????

Have been trying to connect Netsuite with Klaviyo. Need to talk to sales in order to even begin building the connection. I have sent multiple requests for sales to contact me to discuss an enterprise plan, but after over a month I still have not heard from anybody. I am even more frustrated by the fact that when looking for available integrations on behalf of my client there is never a mention that Netsuite is a premium app and requires an enterprise plan.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Signed up to their 30 day trial and got no info or help and soon realised services were not for me. Tried to get out and find they have taken my bank account for £360 fee that they refused to refund.Total charlatan company. Feel like I have been mugged. How can they continue to act like this? Awful company. Avoid like the plague.

A nightmare trying to cancel my subscription! When I tried to cancel online, my cancellation request failed to process "due to technical problems". Tried to contact costumer services a number of time, but received automated replies. The contact number they provide doesn't work. Useless!

Review of Spotify

negative - neutral opinion, still using spotify because of family membership account

- i tried to get my data back, got stuck in a support loop resulting in different support employees sounding like bots, answering with generic non-helping advice every time and never really addressing my problem. - i cannot see the list of my music listening history, as somehow they don't want that i can re-listen to the same music, ushering me to listen to new music every time.- its quite expensive for a premium membership and not giving the artists enough money/credit for my listening activity.on the plus: apparently as a new artist you can pay spotify to include you in one of their "release radar" playlists to get new followers.they seem to have enough money and time to play around with "spotify tarot" mini-games inside the app which were a fun thing to do once.

Shocked with the rudeness and…

Shocked with the rudeness and non-helpful clerk. What the heck has happened to this company? Anderson Township Kroger Super store location . My mother and I just got treated so rudely like beyond nasty by the self check out clerk named Jeff, red hair male, when asking a simple “can you help me” request on how to work the Kroger app to apply a coupon. His response.. “I don’t know, I let my girlfriend do those things “ no eye contact, no smile, and no polite tone, then walked away. I’m like …. Who the heck is the girlfriend and what and how does that comment help me! My mother visiting from out of town now thinks all people from Cincinnati are rude people due to her other bad customer service experience at the Anderson Fifth Third location. Wow ! Maybe management should send your people to “customer service” school… Kroger Management! Are you abusing your employees to have them act this way. He acted like a dog from an abused home. Avoid Krogers! There are so many better choices And they smile and are must likely more cost savings

Review of designmodo

A Beautiful and Intuitive Design Platform with a Game-Changing Email Builder

Intuitive Design Experience:What truly sets Designmodo apart is the intuitiveness of their service. The user experience is so smooth and user-friendly that you'll find yourself effortlessly creating stunning designs. The learning curve is minimal, making it accessible to beginners while offering a robust set of tools for experienced designers. It's evident that Designmodo has invested a lot of time in perfecting the user journey, and it shows in the overall experience. The Game-Changing Email Builder:One of the standout features of Designmodo is their email builder. It's nothing short of a game-changer for businesses and marketers. Creating visually appealing and responsive emails has never been easier. The templates are not just attractive but also highly functional. They adapt flawlessly to various screen sizes and devices, ensuring that your emails always look their best. With the email builder, Designmodo has simplified what used to be a complex and time-consuming process.A Suggestion for Improvement:While Designmodo offers a nearly flawless design experience, there's one enhancement that I believe could take it to the next level – the addition of a layers feature. The ability to add layers on top of each other and manage them through a dedicated layer panel would be immensely beneficial. This feature would enable designers to have more control over their designs, making it easier to organize and fine-tune elements. It's a small addition that could further streamline the design process and offer an even more professional touch.

No replacement for stolen package ?!

When we returned from vacation, we found out four packages had been stolen: two from Amazon, one from Bloomingdales ($400 sneakers), and one from A&F (two t-shirts for $80). A&F was the only one that refused to send a replacement, saying its policy is no refund for stolen packages (mind you, they sent it without a signature requirement). I'm assuming they don't insure their packages. I've never had packages stolen before, and I won't be buying them here again.
