My son has contacted this company several times because they have placed a ban on his Xbox. When asked, they cannot give a reason for the ban, and we found out the other day that his old Xbox has also got a ban on it, which has been in the box for the last 8 months.They should not be doing things like this without giving a valid reason or at least a warning.If I could give zero stars I would, reading the existing reviews this practice is not an isolated case.

It is a good repository to make you known among students and people around the world in need for academic reports and your manuscripts before they got published maybe by journals charging thousands of dollars.

I am absolutely enraged by the level of incompetence and complete lack of professionalism I have encountered with Agoda's customer service. I recently booked a flight through your platform, and after my airline made a change to my schedule—an adjustment that is fully in line with their stated change policy—Agoda has completely failed to assist me in any meaningful way.Despite the fact that the airline processed the change without issue, your company has been completely unwilling to honor this policy or even provide any support in making the necessary changes to my booking. What is even more infuriating is the outright stonewalling and dismissive attitude I’ve received from your so-called customer service team. I have been passed from one unhelpful agent to the next, each one offering no solution, no empathy, and no acknowledgment of my rights as a customer.To make matters worse, I have been told time and time again that there is "nothing you can do," which is absolutely unacceptable. Not only have you failed to address the issue, but you are refusing to assist me with a situation that is entirely within your capability to resolve. I have paid good money for this flight, and I expect you to adhere to the same standards of service that I would receive from any airline directly.This is beyond frustrating, and your failure to respond to my legitimate concerns is completely unacceptable. I demand that Agoda immediately intervene and ensure that my flight change is processed according to the airline’s policy. I expect to be treated with the respect and urgency that every customer deserves, especially when a company has clearly dropped the ball.I will not accept any more excuses or generic responses. I expect a real resolution within the next 24 hours. If this issue is not handled promptly, I will not hesitate to escalate it further and share this appalling experience across all available platforms.

Dont trust booking through Agoda because their deals are decieving. We booked a hotel in Dubai, Millennium Place, and had payed for 4 people, which included breakfast. The booking ended up only showing 1 person and covered breakfast only for one person. This caused issues and extra money out of my own pocket to make up for their mistake. They refused to do anything about it and blamed the mistake on me when i had proof that I had booked for 4 people. Even with all the bad reviews, its evident that management doesn't care about their own customers and their business.

Waited for like 2 weeks for the people over at ps4 to merge their stupid play store with PlayStation plus hoping to play fallout new Vegas. Just to find out I needed to upgrade my subscription to play fallout and have to stream it. Just for the game to run like absolute trash……. It runs better on the Xbox 360. #seriesX

When Amazon works, it is outstanding. However, due to many of the packages being delivered at such inconsistent times, it isn't easy to check when my package will arrive. Even the tracking is incorrect most of the time. I will give this only 4 stars due to the inconsistency of my packages being delivered.

Was sent someone else’s entire order instead of my own that I paid expedited shipping for. The packaging slip contained another customer’s private information and I am guessing that my information was sent to someone else. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they told me that I would have to wait 24-48 hours to request a reshipment because “the package may still be out there to be delivered” yet the tracking order number showed as delivered with FedEx. Decided to chat with customer service instead and they were a little more helpful. They reshipped my items (that again, I paid expedited costs for) but was notified that their distribution centers are closed on weekends so it would be 4-5 days until it arrived. Overall would not recommend ordering from this company online.
