I’ve had my Nest Thermostat since August 2020 and it just stopped working a few days ago. I called Google Nest support and they provided me with the details to book a replacement and fitting for free. The engineer arrived the next day and all is working well. Very pleased with the service and speed - after reading these reviews I wasn’t expecting it!

Terrible service they wouldn't tow my car because I had to get to a meeting and my daughter was with the car they stranded her and they just left her there this is the worst experience I've ever had with them.I will not be renewing my membership and I've been a member for 15 years.

A consumer’s nightmare experience. Need money securely sent fast?! Family or friends want to send you money?! DO NOT USE VENMO! It took 19 days for my money to be released from “restriction” into my bank account. Totally unacceptable! To make the situation even more frustrating and complicated; VENMO does not notify you of a restriction or the reason(s) why. Finally, after days of phoning and e-mailing them; all that was needed was verifying my bank account. VENMO is to make two small deposits plus same amount withdrawals. Same process for many banking companies. It does not take 19 days to do this! Their frontline customer service are well trained in listening and offering apologies. Poor reps are not allowed to share specifics; you must wait to hear from another team specialist, no access to them at all. Your money is held hostage.

I have tried for the past hour to purchase therapeutic puzzle for my client and the website gives me nothing but error codes. I had a guy named Kyle who attempted to help me via target assist. And yet the website still will not let me make a purchase. I quit due to frustration and figured I already wasted an hour of my time. In order for me to delete this review I would like my puzzle for free. It is still in the cart. I can't even bring myself to go back onto the website...

All my main electronics (tv and home theater system) are all samsung products. Up till now, they are in good working conditions. The quality is outstanding. I love Samsung products. My electronics even came with one year warranty. I didn't need to visit a samsung repair store.

I have used a few different platforms and I have to say.....this was a reasonably good experience. Purchasing the products was easy. Moving them off the exchange was even easier than expected. Only significant room for improvement I would suggest is the user experience of the platform. It's kind of clunky and not that intuitive or streamlined. It's certainly not pretty. But it worked for me. Also, compared to other platforms...I thought the fees were alright. I will use the platform again.
