Customer support over the past five years

Over the past five years, I've considered switching to another platform multiple times. While I appreciate Brevo for its design and campaign setup features, I've encountered significant issues, particularly with their customer service. When I've needed assistance, it has taken days to receive a response, and the replies often seem superficial, sidestepping the actual issue. There's a recurring assumption that any problems arise from user incompetence, which isn't always the case. I'm currently on the starter plan, and it leaves me wondering if my business isn't considered important enough to receive adequate support, which is a source of frustration. I've previously raised these concerns with Brevo/Sendinblue, asking where I could provide feedback, but unfortunately, I never received a reply; they tend to divert the conversation away from the issue at hand. This experience has left me quite disappointed.

Review of animoto

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed! I purchased the Animoto for a $126 in Feb 2023. I used it for maybe two days and then forgot I even had it! I was charged $180 on Feb 13 2024 a day before it was due. I canceled the auto renewal and asked for a refund but was denied. The CSR admitted there was no intention of there being a surprise but advised I was told at the time I purchased it, it would auto renew which was a year ago, and offered me a code to pause the account. After that response, I received a 40% off coupon (as a reaction to my cancellation). There were no notices nor reminders of upcoming charges nor any price increase. I ultimately, placed a claim with my financial institution. I was contacted again this time by a senior person and advised they suspended my account (which I cancelled anyway so no biggie) because I filed a claim, which could have been avoided if the company had just complied with my request to begin with.I am hoping I ultimately get my refund but I will never do business again with his company.

Their delivery will make you go mad with frustration. I got a message around 10 am from ekart that they will deliver my product today and sent me wish master's number but that guy didn't pick my phone initially and when finally he did he gave me wait period of couple of hours. 3 hours passed and I again tried to contact him but he disconnected it continuously for around 10 times. When he picked it up he asked me to wait for another hour despite being next to my society. After waiting for 1 and half hour I again tried to contact him and he again asked me to wait for 1 hr. And that was the last time he picked my call. Post that he continuously disconnected my call and my order remained undelivered. Seriously my entire day was wasted waiting for my order. I had plans for Sunday and I had to cancel all those plans because of this stupid order. My frustration level has been insanely tested by flipkart. Never again from flipkart.

Review of samsung

No Customer Service

You cannot rely on Samsung for customer service. My tablet stopped working 34 days after I purchased it. I was on chat for over two hours, mostly waiting to confirm it doesn't work. There are no repair centers in the Seattle area either. So it will take 9-13 days to send it in and get it repaired. If you rely on your device for work, like I do, avoid Samsung. Pick a product that will last, has convenient service locations, and treats their customers with value.

Amex support I need help with my Amex…

Amex support I need help with my Amex gift card I took a picture of the exp date and the back of card so I have the bar code in picture along with all other codes I don’t see a sec code on there though and this inquiry is for a either a replacement card or in a more private place can give me the sec code so I can at least use the remaining balance of my Amex gift card balance , I frequently use Amex in the past with no problems and I still probably will I just need help accessing my balance wether it’s a replacement card or just give me the little info I need and would be fine then but as of now the card is lost can’t find it, the balance is still worth me getting put on another card though so am not trying to leave it behind , I know where I bought it at in cash also and how much put on it and where I used it for one purchase so I think can more than prove it’s mine please get back to me asap and I will update my review after I hear back from you guys hopefully help me out and make it right as I am a repeat respectable customer.

Worst credit cards ever

Worst credit cards ever, I have travel around the world and is not really accepted everywhere, really not happy with the Delta gold amex card. Never received welcome miles, the credit limit was very low to start with which limits the purchase of air tickets, and then my limit was even lowered suddenly so I don't see a reason on keeping these credit cards. I was traveling and I forgot to make a payment on one card and both cards were blocked, never seen that with the other cards, really frustrating. Don't bother getting them.
