Boris Broadcasting Corporation

I personally find the BBC to be morally politically biased. I could joke and call it the Boris Broadcasting Corporation, as it would appear to be the case for several years now, with a heavy bias towards the Tory party. Your journalists are professionally weak in asking basic relevant questions of government and their representatives and holding them to account. When you appoint Richard Sharp, a major Tory donor and Rishi Sunak's old boss, as your new Chairman, then you have further lowered your integrity as an unbiased medium for the British population. Thank goodness for Channel 4, you should learn from them.

Horrible experience - stay away from them

Got a mail from spotify that I needed to update the payment method for my premium subscription because they claimed that the country I bought the subscription in wasn't right. This is not correct and I contacted their support to ask what to do. Support then said I could ignore the mail and that nothing would happen. A week after I got a mail that my subscription was canceled. This even before the current month paid for had ended. I contacted support again and this conversations says it all. I sent more messages after this to reclaim money for the rest of the period, but no response back:---- Me: Hi, I noticed that my premium subscription was cancelled because you claim that the country I bought my subscription in is not correct. I am living in Norway so it is correct. I received a mail from you earlier about this and I contacted support about this as well. The answer I got then was that I should just ignore these mails, but clearly that was not good advice. Please fix this! My account is registered with the email address: ****Thank you!Spotify:Hi there, thanks for reaching us. Your Premium product has been cancelled as we believe the country you bought your plan in wasn’t right. I have a samsung TV I bought in June 2023. It lost voice and because I bought at best buy they put it on best buy after I call them. They told me I have a yr warranty and bestvbuy said 60 days. Now I've been on phone foe 4 hrs and they were replying but after I put my foot down replace my TV they put me on elevator music hold

I have been really frustrated with there phone service so I decided to port my number. There customer service refused to give me my account details, repeatedly said we had all info correct for the port and they would release the number but they did not. 2 weeks later and still they won't provide the info. They gave me a number to contact but when I called they refused to provide any of the account info I needed for the port. I don't recommend.

I request that this matter be investigated at the highest possible level. We have experienced extremely poor treatment from both IKEA and TaskRabbit. Case ID: 141 -47671185) 1 month tomorrow, this still has not been resolve.To resolve my issues, I require the following: The fitting of the lights with no staples and wires. * Realignment of both sides of the wardrobe. *Senior officer to come out assess work that’s been carry out. *Compensation for the days I took off work stress this has caused. *The lights fixed, so turn off inside wardrobe. *Replacement of a damaged shelf. shelf was damaged either during installation or delivery. This means the 2 double wardrobe pinned to the wall will need to come off a freshly plastered and painted room, totally soul destroying a simple issue could’ve been resolved by the salesman via taking an email,Instead of a contact number. the whole situation has snow ploughed out of control making situation worse. Problem on top of problem. Ikea and TaskRabbit have had some sort of issue with each other since the beginning of December when TaskRabbit‘s contract was changed. This results in the customer being stuck in the middle, issues not getting resolved. I believe all Ikea staff need to be retrained so they actually know the procedure and what they are doing. I will never again shop at the store. it’s the 18th of January now and this is still not sorted. The poorest customer service with broken promises. I’ve never seen such bad customer service from a large company. that goes the same for TaskRabbit.Ive contact watchdog, you only have to look at the amount of terrible reviews.
