I’ve always trusted **bol.com**, but my latest experience has been really disappointing.I ordered a product sold by **Elektro Deals** with next-day delivery. Not only was it late, but after my complaint, I was told the first shipment was “lost” by PostNL. A replacement was supposedly sent via **Sahar Logistics**, but that turned into an even bigger mess.The tracking showed the truck near Maastricht with estimated delivery in Brussels between 22:00–23:00, but suddenly the status changed to “delivered” at 13:57—well before the expected time and without any actual delivery. No one called, and no package arrived. I've seen similar complaints about this Elektro Deals, and I’m now very concerned.I’ve already contacted **bol.com customer service** and explained everything. I really hope they take this seriously and resolve the issue properly. If they do, I’ll gladly come back and update this review with a positive rating.Fingers crossed—please don’t let this be the standard, bol.com.

Agoda charged me for a stay at a hotel they were not contracted with. I arrived at the hotel who told me they had no arrangement to accept bookings with Agoda. Thankfully, family members were able to help me out. I was out of pocket for unnecessary transport costs incurred. Agoda refused to reimburse.

Good paper but cancelling is a challenge. I'll never re subscribe based on this experience. To cancel your service, you must face the final boss, and she does not want you to end your sub regardless of financial situation. I had to wrestle my way through a lot of guilt tactics and a final sigh of resignation from her before being allowed to end my sub. If Epoch made the process the same as everyone else, have access to your account online and unsub there. Im sure there would be far less poor reviews and an improved reputation. Scummy tactics IMO

I ordered an a Lyft and I waited and I waited and I waited for at least half an hour and I asked the guy why did three people cancel on me and he said because you were standing with the dog I had no intention on bringing the dog with me, but I was talking to a lady that had a dog and they left me because I had a dog I think Uber is way better company and a better way to go

Very dissatisfied. HP blocked my printer because I was using third party ink. I think that once I buy a product, I should be able to use it however I want. If I want to misuse it, that should be my problem and my decision. I thought we lived in a democratic country.As soon as this happened, I knew that I would stop using their product. I got myself another printer. No way would I let myself be bullied into buying their ink.

My account logged out during the outage this week.It comes up with a message that I have done wrong, which I haven't. There are no means to communicate with them in anyway. this is terrible customer service (or the lack of) I am furious as I cannot log back into my account. I would have given no stars for a rating if that was possible.
