The juxtaposition between how fast the support is and how useless it is it's wild.Don't ever go to a google meet with them; 90% of the time, you can't understand their English accent.They say they will do X for you in Y amount of time, bull****, they never get back to you. This happened 4 times to me. You gotta love monopolies.

We bought takeout food from the Magic Wok in Maidstone Kent UK, Me16 8BT which had black hair in it - we could not eat it so threw it in the bin but kept one container in the original packet to show them. They have refused to take responsibility in action so feel we must warn others. Sad as we had decent food from them before but feel repulsed by this food with black hairs in it - so unhygienic - please be warned and check your food before leaving their premises at 177 Upper Fant Road Maidstone.

As a customer, I have the right to change a destination. The driver (Ranjit) told me I had to cancel my ride and take the cancelation fee because he "does not go to that location". In truth, he just did not want to cancel the ride himself so it did not reflect poorly on him. While I am not the type of person that goes online to write reviews or make complaints, the le el of rudeness by this driver had to be pointed out. I was completely shocked. Terrible after care - agents lie to you, ignore requests under consumer law and essential just fob you off until product is out of warranty and then decline replacement. 12+ calls, numerous emails issue still unresolved (and it was raised WHEN in warranty!) Wouldn't recommend.

I use dropbox to 1) make a secure backup of my files and 2) share files with collaborators. I won't be using dropbox any more as soon as i find a replacement. I had chosen to store all of my dropbox/shared files on my hard drive in addition to in the cloud on dropbox.com for 2 reasons: 1) so i can access my files when i don't have stable internet and 2) so that i have my own copy of the files that i expected would be free from dropbox meddling. How wrong i was. About 3 weeks ago, I noticed some of my (thousands) of shared files were no longer syncing with collaborators. It took me a week before the its-all-something-you-did "support" at dropbox actually connected me to tech support. That's a frustrating week where productivity was greatly reduced by having to manually email files back and forth. Then, finally with dropbox "support" instructions, they had me reconnect to dropbox, which initially caused dropbox to re-sync my entire dropbox - thousands of files (~350GB), the vast majority of which have been untouched for years and had recently been existing just fine on my hard drive and in dropbox cloud storage. This un-necessary re-syncing was taking days on a metered internet connection. Dropbox then instructed me to re-install with a stable version of the app that they provided, assuring me that would stop the unnecessary re-sync of hundreds of gigs of files. I did that, and dropbox deleted my files FROM MY HARD DRIVE!!! Now they have again instructed me on signing out and re-connecting dropbox, which has caused dropbox to simply hang, unconnected, with all my files hostage in the cloud, if they even exist. Support flat out refuses to call me or screen share, but instead, every couple days offers a piece of "advice" that only worsens the problem. I see dropbox going out of business soon with their product that is more of a liability than benefit and a complete disregard for customer service of any type.

I've been a customer of Survey Monkey for many years and I pay for the service off and on regularly.I forgot to turn off auto renew and got charged for a second month. Within minutes of getting the email I contact them and explain I don't need the second month, and that I had made a mistake and to please cancel and refund the recent payment.After a back and forth with the agent it was made clear that there was no way he could rectify the situation as it's 'not their policy'Absolute joke of customer service. What's worse is that I had turned off auto renew in the past, multiple times. But each time I pay them money to get on a premium plan again, they just turn it back on!!It's a real shame as the system and surveys are good. Customer service has gone out the window though in their efforts to maximise revenue.

I ordered a Tie from ETRO and from the first look at the tie i knew it was worn but i didn't bother bcuz it wasn't that bad but As soon as i put it on threads started coming out from every where like a cheap tie from target and i am doubting the authenticity of the Tie bcuz i am sure that a 240€ Tie should not look like that. The customer service response on watsapp doesn't even exist they never respond and the email response is very slow and not even helpful. overall a terrible experience and one of the worst customer service interactions i’ve seen.

We have been paid subscribers of WPForms since 2018 and the experience has been fantastic. Over the years, it seems they have grown along with all their clients, continually improving based on client needs. No sooner has someone asked if we could do something with a form, than I check and see there's a new feature that does exactly what we need. It's also very flexible, and can do things it wasn't necessarily designed to do. We love it.

My wife and I played the IHG game and even fell for the CHASE IHG card that has an annual fee of 89.00 dollars thinking that with a free anniversary night each year it would be worth it. Biggest pain ever. We would find a room at a holiday inn to use our free room, but had to call a central call center where people could not speak understandable English. Here we are for over 5 years using nothing but holiday Inn for points and such. What a waste. Do not fall for this. Pick hotels and enjoy the variety of wonderful hotels other than Holiday inn IHG. Don't follow IHG Holiday Inn like some crack addict. Im especially disappointed that a great company like chase credit card would even partner with such a waste of a program that offers no customer satisfaction or priority for the customer's loyalty. So glad we quit Chase and IHG today. We are feel free to use any and all hotels and at no extra cost.
