THE BBC IS PAST IT'S USE-BY DATE.

Sport broadcasting, this time the cycling world championships, is absolutely unacceptably bad.IF the viewer is informed enough to know that a big event is on, when it's on and that BBC has the broadcast rights, and smart enough to negotiate the channels to find that it is on iPlayer and then manage to find it, there are good presenters and excellent pundits who are embarrassed to be continually repeating, re-showing yesterdays events that can be found on iplayer anyway. The sooner the BBC gets its marching orders, TV licence fees are abolished and the nastiness of the government's TV Licensing sub-contractors sent packing, the better.

is it just me or is AMAZON going downhill its customer service is a joke and their prime service is just a scam AMAZON have now taken to lying “attempted delivery “ is their latest the amount of times ANAZON have sent me this message when waiting for a delivery and i'm home and we have a security camera …..no attempts were made !!!try navigating their app to complain or speak to someone joke switch to more honest platforms

Horrible experience with the guy who ho took all day to get to me and then sent 3 min trying to unlock my car and said it wasn't possible. Which AAA has done before for me with the same car. He was rude I'm not impressed.

Unbelievably bad customer support

Unbelievably bad customer support. I sent a sum of money to a friend and it went through fine. Then I tried to send money to a second person. My account was frozen. I called my bank associated with the account and they said there was no issue. My bank balance was much bigger than the transfers. I sent emails to Venmo. No response. I finally got on the phone with a Venmo "customer service" person. I told him my account was frozen. He said that my account was not "frozen." I repeated that it was. He said it was not. I finally realized that he was quibbling over the term "frozen" instead of looking at the problems. So I said, "Well, my account is not working." He said the problem was that I had transferred a large amount of money and needed to wait 24 hours for the account to reset. Two problems here: 1) I had transferred an equal amount of money previously with no problems; 2) Not sure how I was supposed to know to wait 24 hours for the account to re-boot. The guy I spoke to was snotty and unhelpful. Makes me want to use PayPal exclusively!

As a service business our actual reviews are taken seriously

As a service business our reviews are very important to us. We strive to offer the highest level of customer service and respond to any unsatisfied customers immediately. Posts that are "blatantly" mistaken identity or obviously non verified customers do not get removed when you report them to TripAdvisor. We took valuable time to investigate the authanticity to a few negative posts and TripAdvisor still refused to take them down. Their platform is not fair like Google and Yelp reporting. They actually "read" your report and "see" the issues. Honest posts regardless of the review are not disputed and we attempt "every remedy" available to ensure the customers are satisfied with our actions when dissatisfied. Their platform needs better moniotoring and oversight with more indebt rational considerations when businesses dispute a review. We posted examples that showed we "were not" the company reviewed, as well as a harrassment from an Uber driver being investigated by the Nevada Transportation Authority and the reviews were still left up. They do not consider "malicious" or do research of examples provided. DO NOT TRUST TripAdvisor

Need to get emails in line with reality

I got an email that honestly put me in a panic that I missed a concert I had bought tickets for as it asked how the show was. Well, the show actually hand't happened yet but I had to go make sure that was really rue as it was a 2 night stand. Make sure you send these out after the actual show.

Predatory - disingenuous regarding 'free' trial. Please read the fine print before accepting anything.Editing in answer to musescore reply:This is completely untrue. You know exactly what you're doing. To clarify, you offer a free trial, but while signing up for the free trial you offer a discount, which if chosen negates the 'free' trial and charges your card. Yes, there may be some fine print explaining this, but I didn't see it, and it's clear most others don't either.Don't pretend you value transparency. I've never, using an online subscription page, seen anything so brazenly underhanded. And for the record, it is seriously harming your reputation. I would otherwise be supportive of the work your company does.

Appalling products and despicable customer care

Appalling. The first Envy printer had to be returned to Curry’s within a week and replaced, late 2023.Number 2 worked well until summer 24. Then it started chewing up paper. The telephone helpline was quite good. Normal service resumed until November 24 when it stalled again and refused to work other than chew up paper. Days were spent on WhatsApp trying to restore it with HP’s diabolical customer services to no avail. They sent a replacement which was old and scratched. Despite days spent with the helpline,it never worked. Ever. I tried to contact Customer Service by email. No more help except a label with instructions to return it to a Czech address by UPS. There were further problems with this so it was January 2025 before both were collected. Mine was still under guarantee at the time of my original complaint. Since then I have logged on regularly to query where my Envy is? I’ve complained about the poor service…..I’ve asked for compensation. Nothing. HP hides behind its bots and wall of nothingness. Appalling products and disgraceful service and despicable care..

If I could give negative stars

If I could give negative stars, I would. I will never use American Express again. I had an American Express Hilton card for more than 13 years. I recently accidentally paid my bill one day late(I always pay the full balance)- it was a mistake via my bill pay account. They charged me a late fee of 29 and interest of 69. I called them immediately- they said there was no leniency. I have contacted chase and Citibank when I have erred(happens every once in a while)- as a courtesy they lift the charges. Not so with American Express. I closed all my accounts immediately. I just checked my closing statement. They charged a “trailing” interest fee- so if you are late(1st in my case), they charge 2 months of interest in that balance! Even if it’s paid off. I am reeling that this is legal- I hope a class action lawsuit is initiated against them- this is totally predatory.

Monsters game via Seat Geek

I purchased tickets for the Cleveland Monsters game - they use Seat Geek. When purchased the tickets immediately showed up in the app - No issues when I looked them up on the app - everything went without a hitch with the parking pass and ticket scan to get into the game. Always nice when things work correctly.
