Purchased a pair of shoes for a wedding off of their site. The shoes ran me about 80.00. When received, they were clearly worn and the soles were ripped and disgusting. CS wanted to replace them but I am just done and initiated a refund. I will note, upon repackaging to send out - the packing slip is from their RETURNS department! No where on the webpage did it state the item would be a return or show signs of wear - I purchased a NEW pair of shoes. Super frustrating and for the price, definitely not worth repeat shopping!

The worst customer services ever. The Customers Service Representative have not clue of what they doing it. Always they given you a wrong answer, refusing escalating your phone call or TO to Supervisor. I will never ever would recommended to anyone to hired AT&T. In more the one opportunity I was hold in the phone for over an hour + and not being help.

1 star is generous - if there was an option for 0, then that is what I would be opting for.We purchased a £649 coffee machine as a birthday gift. Upon opening the present, we could not even set up the coffee machine due to a fault, deeming the product unusable and faulty. We were only offered a repair, which we felt to be a little unfair as the product has never been used and is not fit for purpose. However, we had no other option, so we proceeded with the repair and were told this would take 1 week to complete. 10 days later we are still yet to have an update from the third-party repair company. We rang Philips customer service again today and were now informed the repair would take 10 working days.It has been 4 weeks since we initially raised this issue with Philips and it will be 5 weeks before we are informed of the product being repaired if they stick to their update.The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

My company is taking money out of my wage and sending it to nest. When i tried to opt out as i never received any letter or anything i inky got automatic email saying im not contributing with them so i can not opt out… my work place shown me that they are sending money to nest…so someone stealing my money…. And can not get anything else then silly automatic emails from nest.

After hiring a private investigator his report said trip advisor has been removing bad reviews for years and this site proves it they deceive good honest shippers and put them in harms way by not exposing the truth there is also money trail from gh to trip advisor. I thought I was setting up an account to allow me to purchase the item and then share the product with the intended recipient, but I was wrong now have a playstation account, when I don't have a console, with a download for a game assigned to my account which I can't share.I've repeatedly tried to request a refund, but the website only allows contact through a chatbot and then tells me I need to speak to person and there is NEVER anyone availableNo phone number available, no other method to communicate. Would never recommend.Pathetic

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to canons Ashby Northamptonshire yesterday visiting the gardens and cafe with our dog . Normally we visit Stowe as we can take our puppy with us ,but this summer Canons Ashby are allowing dogs in the garden ,such a good idea asa well behaved dog on a short lead causes no trouble . We saw 4 other families with their pooches whilst there . All dogs sat quietly under the tables in the outside cafe area ,the only noise came from a child having a tantrum . We have at times felt excluded from so many trust gardens for having our dog with us although we pay the same membership

Called several companies for estimate for branch removal & palm tree trimming. Jon came out & estimated job. We ended up going w/him - he said he was 2 wks out. Texted us @ 10:30 pm the next week & gave us time crews would be out. Stayed home most of day waiting & finally gave up @ 6pm. Heard nothing next day except he decided to do a $4,800 job instead of us. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would give him ZERO stars if I could!

American Express, Got a e-mail for a personal loan, I thought it was junk but I opened it, I applied for the loan.It was so easy and only took a few minutes to complete, Was surprised to got a response in about 40 seconds that it was approved, Easy, Fast , with a low loan rate that I never thought i could ever get. The funds was deposited within that same day. I have to say that was the fastest easiest low rate loan I have ever had. Now its time to get rid of the high interest rate payments from all the other Credit Cards. Thanks American Express ! I will recommend you to all my family and friends .

The laptop has had a recurring issue where the wifi and Bluetooth drivers will stop working, even after being sent in to Asus for repair. While this is mildly annoying, my bigger complaint is with Asus customer service. I have called and emailed customer service 10+ times to get my issue resolved, but no one seemed interested in listening to the fact that every attempt by Asus to resolve the issue was only temporary.

It's a trap.NEVER buy the Premium subscription! I paid for one year subscription and I stopped using it because the user interface is messy and I couldn't trust the information there since I experience outdated profesional information of employees. This is the reason I stopped using it. To be honest I forgot I was even subscribed to this website, and without any notice they renewed my subscription ONE YEAR MORE! I now need to pay 100€ for something I am not going to use in one year... Just because I canceled my subscription some days after.I have done the same with LinkedIn and Amazon and they returned my money.AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT!Xing has a lot to learn from LinkedIn!I'm out!
