Gil, the customer service rep who answered my call, made my first experience needing GoDaddy support a great one.He asked good questions, help quickly without rushing, made sure my issue was taken care of and left me a number to call back to should any other questions surface. Its service like this which is why our company continues to partner with GoDaddy.

I am using Deezer for more than 3 years now. It is all great, flow has really good picks for me, the app works perfectly fine and it is way faster than most of the music apps that I have used. I am a music student and I listen to music daily, Deezer does not dissapoint. There is only one thing that makes me mad. Everytime I listen to albums that have pieces that go through one another, it always stops for 0.2 seconds before it goes to the next piece. It is really annoying especially for musical albums. Right where one piece ends with a very loud and important climax, it just stops and loads the next piece, cutting the music. It is really frustrating. I tried downloading the albums but I still get the same result. It seems like there is no way for me to make the app go through pieces without stopping. All other music apps that I have tried do not have this issue, and I really thought of switching to other platforms, this one is the only app that has this problem. Please fix it, you have no idea how frustrating this thing is sometimes. Thank you

As far as service, it's not bad as we have internet and phone with AT&T. The problem comes when you call for something. The don't understand what you want. I called about a tree that fell on their line and they need someone to cut the tree off the line. They kept telling me they'd send a technician to fix my internet. I told them 5 times I don't need it fixed, and to send someone with a chainsaw to cut the tree off the line. Finally I told them to forget it, but sure enough a technician showed up at my place asking what if the problem is phone or internet and was it in the house or outside. I told him about the tree and he said that happens all the time. A few days later, I wanted to upgrade my internet speed and they set me up as a new customer and came out to install internet when I already had it. The service guys are great, the people taking phone calls, etc. are confused.

Wanted to open an new data set with a slimmed down number of customers, supplers and stock.Simple you might think. The products list export fields and import fields one would think should be the same, except they are not.The import fields ask for a SKU, which as far as I can see QB does not use although it is on the export side. Also on the export fields there is preferred suuplier, but does not exist on the import feilds.This is so annoying and time comsuming with 3.5k stock items, and no preferred supplier!!

When I bought my 2 nest cameras, they were great. Since Google bought the company, accessing the cameras and recording clips is all but impossible. It's almost genius how difficult they make it. I would certainly never buy another Nest or Google product again.

I booked accommodation through Agoda. The property was nothing like the listing – dusty (a serious risk to my asthma), dirty, unsafe electrics, and overall unfit to stay in. I didn’t stay a single night and had to pay again for a new hotel.I raised it with Agoda and provided photo evidence. The host refused a refund, and Agoda did absolutely nothing to help. I even disputed the charge with my credit card, but Agoda still refused to take any responsibility or support the case.Completely unacceptable. Avoid Agoda if you expect protection or fair treatment when things go wrong.

Just over 2 weeks ago I purchased a 12 month 7-day print subscription - a hell of a lot of money for a retiree but I wanted to treat myself. I checked my bank account to confirm that the payment was duly made. However to date I have neither received any correspondence, welcome pack or vouchers and I have no digital access. I emailed them 3 times in the last 24 hours but no response. There seems no way of actually phoning them. At this rate I can see myself reluctantly switching back (to the cheaper) Times. Oh the irony if I have to go to the Small Claims Court - I thought the Telegraph was an upholder of British values - what a fool I am. I also have a bit of explaining to my wife....UDATE 1. in response to reply to Telegraph: I cannot publish my email address on here (not allowed) but my last email query CASE number is:Case: 19388134UPDATE 2 - I appreciate Customer Services contacting me to resolve BUT I still cannot access digital print - it says I do not have a valid subscription (I have sent you 2 emails but no response). we bought samsung french door fridge freezer a few months ago, since day one we had a problem with it ,fridge has a manufacture fault, there was some fixing missing , we contact samsung straight away, it took them couple months to book engeener , after egeener visit we find out that work he has done was very ,very unprofesional , wrong type of fixing was fitted ,also we found some scratches on metal brackets expose bare metal , now we have even bigger issues with the fridge then before repair , and we still cannot using it propely, avoid samsung!!

If I could give a negative review I would. What a garbage company that doesn't honor the factory warranty OR the extended warranty that was purchased. I returned a laptop that was used for 3 months and they LOST it! Now they are offering about half the cost I paid 6 months ago as a refund!!! Do not do business with this company or HP!!!

We give our customers a very long questionnaire built on Jotform. They often have trouble. The "save and come back" feature on mobile is hidden where nobody would ever find it. Nothing the user does is cached server side, so when they fill out half a form and leave the tab open, they come back to find their completed answers did not save. We often are told that all of a users' answers were erased after trying to upload photos, and I get countless "my answers got deleted!" emails without explanation.I changed this review from 2-stars to 1 because now to save your questionnaire you actually need to create a Jotform account, and I have customers complaining that when they create the account, it deletes all of their answers anyway. Absolutely terrible, terrible stuff. We switched from Typeform because Jotform gives such better flexibility and design features, but Typeform might be the better route if your form takes more than a couple of minutes to complete.

If it would be possible I will not leave any star. This is just know the worst online shop ever. Zero contact, they say delivered but it is not. To clarify where the package is not delivered you have to wait 4 days and they keep your money 💰 doesn’t matter you plans no one interested!!! I am really angry I pay every month to have things delivered next day. Recently never happened. The delivery men do not do their job in the right way. they leave packages anywhere on the street nearly, never do extra miles to find the address. they just want to get rid off the package. Awful service I don’t recommend to anyone. This was the last order and when sorted I am leaving them and will do not order anything!!!!
