I called xbox support because my charge to mobile when buying anything on xbox is saying iv reached my limit so I called support explained my issue to them get put on hold for a whole 30 mins than told that the issue with billing has been fixed told to try again in a couple of hours still don't work so I call next day explained again this time close to a hour on hold had no choice but to end call nobody got back to me while on hold why is xbox support so bad it's a joke
