Ordered a pair of shoes on a Monday when they arrived on Wednesday their were two different sizes in the box. I promptly called DSW and alerted them to the problem. They assured me new shoes would be 2nd day shipped to me and to return the incorrect pair. I returned the pair and on Friday I called to check on my replacement order. I was assured that the shoes were on their way. Friday night I received an email that my order was cancelled. Monday morning I called to find out what happened. The customer service agent apologized and told me a new pair of shoes would be shipped out for next day delivery. On Tuesday, I checked on the order to find out that the shoes will be shipped next day whenever they get around to actually shipping them. I suppose I am use to AMAZON, where next day means next day. I should have bought the shoes from them. Hopefully my shoes will deliver by the end of the year.

It's a very bad platform which don't take responsibility for wrong products. I received wrong product twice and they didn't help me in getting the right product nor refunding my money in my bank account. They have put that in gift card and asking me to do shopping from that only. On one side they don't provide good services and on the other side they are not giving back my money and bound me to do shopping from their website. This is holy crap. Better go with Amazon or other platforms. Their sellers are not authentic.what they are doing as a platform. If we have bear all this then it's better to order things directly from the seller.

AAA towed my car 98 miles! It should have been on a flat but because it is all wheel drive, so the transmission was ruined and AAA would not reimburse me the cost. Horrible! Service when they will not take responsibility for what they caused.

I purchased the HP Envy x360 15-fe0020na in August 2024 directly from HP for £750, expecting a reliable device for my son's college work. After just six months, it stopped working properly—the bottom gets extremely hot, and the screen turns black. I sent it to HP for repair, but instead of fixing it, they blamed me, claiming "accidental damage or misuse" without any proof.This laptop has never been dropped or mishandled—it was only used for studying, no gaming or heavy usage. There is no physical damage, and HP hasn’t even indicated any. Since getting it back, I’ve called their customer service four times, but they give no explanation for the refusal to repair. Every time, they promise a call back, yet I never hear from them.I am beyond frustrated. I spent £750 on a laptop that lasted only six months, and HP refuses to take responsibility. Terrible product, even worse customer service. Avoid HP at all costs!

I was contacted by several representatives, including the department head that promised to take steps to make sure this does not happen again. ______________ORIGINAL POST:My company's phone system has been down for 5 days now. 5 DAYS!!!! After about 2 day they finally replied to my support ticket saying they took a look at my account and I need to reset my password and token, when that is not even the damn issue. I wrote back explaining the issue and no reply. CAN ANYONE IMAGINE THERE MAIN LINE OF COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS BEEN DOWN FOR 5 DAYS AND YOU CANNOT GET ANY HELP?!!!! TWILIO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!Customers should NOT have to pay $250+ for good customer service. I'm not standing for it. Customer service comes with the purchase of the product. The American Way.
