I appreciate that employees strike as a result of poor pay, but how are the public supposed to get to work ???? As an NHS employee, I'm also paid peanuts and cannot afford a taxi to get to work and back. Do I walk 6 hours ? Do I call in sick and let my patients suffer ?It is management responsibility to ensure that services operate the best they can. A journey that usually takes me 2 hours took me 6 hours, DISGRACE.

I purchased everything bagels online to pick up at my local Target store. They cost $4.29. When I picked up my order, there was a yellow sticker that indicated they were marked down due to the sell by date. I was charged the full amount and called customer service told them know and ask for a refund of $3.00 (in today’s economy, $3 is $3). When I called to explain about the sell by date mark down, the woman said she checked the website and it’s not in sale. I know it’s not in sale, it’s marked down due to the sell by date being the same date it was purchased. She made a big deal out of letting me know they would honor the $3 credit as a one time favor to me. It shouldn’t be a favor. They should have no issue giving my money back. I offered to email a picture and wish I could upload a photo here. Crappy service and rude woman.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Cengage is a complete embarrassment. Content is so heavily jaded to push left wing agenda that it loses rationale. How on earth this program has become a common standard of molding our American society I will never know, but I hope that the educators of this country will become wise and select a new ciriculum that delivers an intelligent and balanced education.

I am disgusted with Amex platinum customer service. 2 accounts cancelled, no calls, no emails and they do not know why. Now left without a working card and 1000s of reward points missing. Supervisor has no idea why or how to resolve it so just left waiting

I called to cancel my subscription with them a few months ago. I just found out they never canceled my subscription and it just renewed for another year at almost $1,000. We are reviewing the audio recordings where I specifically asked them to please do not renew my subscription. They make it near impossible to cancel, saying they will send you an email but the email is actually only in your BBB account email system (which you do not get notifications for). Their entire website and system feels like it hasn't been updated since 2005, it's basically useless. I now have no trust in BBB at all and their rating system means nothing to me if I see it on someone's business. What a shame

I bought a book from one of AbeBooks' sellers and then a companion book from another of their sellers, paying double the market price of the book by the time shipping was included. I got a message the next day that the out of print book wasn't actually available. AbeBooks customer service has been atrocious with them making no substantive effort to fix their problem. The last round of emails from their CSRs are openly taunting. Now I don't have the book I wanted, paid double the market rate for a companion book and have wasted a week of my life trying to get this company to meet their obligation. Awful, just awful.
