Terrible that I cannot read ONE story without taking out a subscription! At least highwaymen wore masks! Sorry Telegraph, but that's unacceptable! I never even got to read ONE paragraph without being prompted to pay! {which I didn't} Oh, and I give -0 stars! However, it won't be long before some tech-smart person finds a way round it. I'll wait for that, as it's possibly in the pipeline already!

I would give it ONE star if I could. Tried every way to fix my sons PlayStation 5 and dual sense controller that took forever for him to find and buy, we kept telling them it wouldn’t connect to WiFi and they did everything possible for us not to send it back to be fixed. We told them over and over we had already tried everything. FINALLY we send it. We are told it takes 20-30 business days. 30 business days had come and gone and still no update. We are moving 5 hours away in a week. We have told them this numerous times. Yet, they won’t let us change our address for safety precautions. Really? But it’s ok to ship it and if it doesn’t get signed for and gets sent back to them, THEN we can change the address. What if someone new is living here and signs for it?? We have to approve our identity EVERYTIME we call. Why in the hell can’t we change our own shipping address for a system we paid over 500.00 for?! That had a warranty that they are supposed to fix in a timely manner and STILL haven’t fixed it!? We were ASSURED that it would be shipped back fixed, by the 30 business day mark. Which is why we choose to ship it. It’s nowhere to be found. They won’t give up ANY updates either. We can’t call the place that fixes it. This is a JOKE of a company. Every time they assign a different agent to help me and none of them really read the historical records and offered unpractical advices such as clean up my FIAT wallet to be able to update my telephone number. But I can’t even login how I am supposed to clean up my FIAT wallet ? I did all the steps they asked me to do and provided all the information they asked to prove my identity. Still not resolved after three weeks.
