How is it possible to make ufc 4 worse than 3 , the graphics are worse ,the loading time is worse, you had the most played game mode removed , grappling positions is a nightmare I mean WHY CAN'T U GO BACK FROM FULL MOUNT TO FULL GUARD it's just don't make any sense.... I used the trial service to test and see if their service will suite my needs.Unfortunately it was not meeting my expectations, therefore I cancelled the trial.Sadly, they decided to charge me out of nowhere for 1 month, setting up an automatic monthly renewal plan for £129[not including tax].I raised a ticket to solve the issue, but with no solution. It seems like these sort of scams are completely allowed.I would recommend to avoid at all cost.Their service is probably worth £10 a month.

8 depressing Emotions – dealing with Bol.com1. Ecstasy - on the same day as ordering (11 April) , receive an email advising that your order is already handed over to the courier, and will be delivered free of charge the next day.2. Anticipation – stay at home the whole day waiting for the delivery.3. Sad surprise – that evening of the first day, still no delivery arrive, at 10pm check the courier company tracking, see that the tracking shows “parcel not delivered to them”.4. Disappointment – get online to “Billie” chat page for Bol. Customer “service” is non-committal and uninterested, advise you that “procedures” state you must wait until the third day before bothering them.5. Anger rising – the second day, stay at home again, believing the slight delay would have been cleared and your order will be delivered.6. Frustration – at 10pm with no delivery and the tracking still stating that the courier has STILL not received the parcel from Bol – back to “Billie” chat. Bol customer “service” still ONLY interested in “following procedures” – customers nay only contact after the THIRD day.7. Trepidation – having other matters to attend to – forced to go out on business (hoping delivery will NOT take place as “service” advised that the courier will take the parcel to their depot and you will need to travel there to collect your parcel}.8. Depression – at 10pm on the 3rd day, back to “Billie” chat. Customer “service” state that a colleague is investigating the issue with logistics, and there is a FOUR day delay before the results are available. I am not allowed ot cancel the order until the "investigation" is concluded.IN SUMMARY, Bol.com logistics are totally inadequate, disappointingly slow and cumbersome, and customer “service” does not deserve that description - it is a total waste of time and effort to contact them, and they will NOT escalate your query to anybody - just "follow hte procedures" Sadly, I did not read reviews before ordering with Bol – but I am indeed very surprised that they even achieve 2.2 stars, with only 24% at one star or less.once bitten - - NEVER, NEVER again.Update. 30 April 2023. Despite the Bol response of promising investigation, there is still no offer of compensation, recompense, or even results of the investigation after another 2 weeks. Totally disappointing.

Frustrated with Walmart's online shopping experience? Consider Best Buy! My dissatisfaction with Walmart has been ongoing. On December 8, 2024, I ordered a StyleCraft Magnetic Micro USB Cord intended for my Spektrum radio, but I only realized after receiving it that it was actually designed for cameras and similar devices. When I attempted to initiate a return for a refund, I was met with a message stating that the item was ineligible for return because it is classified as an electronic device—this seems unreasonable. I've never encountered such issues when shopping at Best Buy. To make matters worse, I hadn't even opened the package. When I reached out to customer service, they apologized but reiterated that returns on these items are not accepted. My recommendation? Avoid Walmart online at all costs and always choose Best Buy instead.

I have never experienced as bad of customer care is what Best Buy has just delivered. The people there had absolutely zero care for me as a customer. My daughter had purchased a $300 espresso machine for me just over three weeks ago for my birthday and the machine had stop working. when I went into the store, They told me there’s absolutely nothing they could do for me and they gave me zero solutions to be able to solve the problem. A manager also informed me that the manufacturer would not be able to help me either since we didn’t have a receipt and they said there’s no way for me to get a receipt from them since my daughter paid with cash. after leaving the store extremely disappointed I decided to go back in and try and find some different managers or employee to see anyone might be familiar with the model and know how to fix it.. No one was and no one seemed to care.. I eventually suggested that we try to look up cash purchases for the day that my daughter had purchased it and they were reluctant to do so, but eventually they did and they were able to find the cash purchase for the date and time my daughter had bought the machine. at that point they would still not help me exchange it through Best Buy or help facilitate things with the manufacturer. even though it had only been three weeks, and they informed me if I wanted to pay an extra $50 that they Would, but only if I paid an extra $50 for a higher customer membership. None of the people there really cared about my experience and had any interest in helping. in the meanwhile my daughter was crying because she thought the $300 gift from a store, she wishes she never stepped foot in, was now money lost and waisted… She felt terrible about losing the receipt, and if it wasn’t for me being really persistent, they weren’t even going to attempt to help us.

I ‘m furious.They are refusing to reimburse me for unused vouchers because they were for a week when I had to be abroad but as this was ‘against Govt. advice’. They won’t pay. If I had gone after July 14th no problem! There was no law against travelling. So exit one long established reader.

Over the years Spotify is undergoing a process of Enshittification at the expense of those who don't have the premium version. It is not possible to search a specific song, because all the hits available are in playlist where the song is included, so before listening it you have to listen all the list. And this make the experience of using the app very frustrating and uncomfortable. But the worst part is the amount of ADs presents in the free version. They claim that you can listen 30 minutes of music without any interruption, and this is a obvious lie, because the ADs start after only two songs, often after a single music track. Normally you are forced to listen 2 minutes of ADs (4 ADs of 30 seconds x 4), every 6 or 7 minutes of music. This type of false advertising is illegal, and violates consumers rights, should be persecuted and stopped. I hope that a new app will block your monopoly as soon as possible because your service is shit.

BUT, their refusal to switch away from plastic bags to reusable bags-- when they contribute MORE than any other company to plastic bags in lakes, rivers, oceans is steering me to Trader Joe's. They are making the switch quickly, whereas Kroger said they will switch from plastic bags in 2025-- are you kidding me?

I am concerned that this promotion may have been misleading.On or around September 10th, I applied for an upgrade to the Flying Blue - American Express Platinum Card. Subsequently, on September 12th, I received another promotional email from American Express, which stated that I had until September 17th to take advantage of the welcome bonus of 70,000 Miles for the upgrade. Given this information, I applied for the upgrade again on the same day, September 12th.After my card was upgraded and reflected in the Amex app, I contacted your customer service to inquire about how to claim the reward miles. To my surprise, I was informed that I did not qualify for the offer because the system registered my upgrade on September 17th, one day after the promotion had supposedly expired on September 16th.This situation is highly troubling. I submitted my upgrade request well before the stated deadline, yet your system recorded it after the offer’s expiration. This discrepancy raises serious concerns about the fairness and accuracy of the process. I respectfully request that you review the records to confirm that my application was submitted before the offer’s expiration date.I applied for the upgrade in good faith, trusting American Express and its promotional offer. It is deeply disappointing to now feel misled. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and fairly.
