I bought a refurbished laptop from a third-party seller on Amazon, but it arrived faulty and wouldn’t charge. After months of back-and-forth, the seller repeatedly sent the laptop back claiming it was flawless, even providing photos as “proof.” They accused me of lying and only wanting a refund, making me feel like a scammer. Yet, after months of denial, they suddenly admitted the laptop was faulty on the third return and claimed to have fixed it.(Which makes me think if those “evidence” were even real)Throughout this ordeal, I erased and resent the laptop multiple times, spending hours following up with both the seller and Amazon. Customer service passed me from one associate to another, making me retell my story countless times. Despite my efforts and evidence, Amazon refused to take responsibility, saying it was a third-party issue.I’m left feeling scammed, exhausted, and without a working laptop. When I unfortunately realised they would never assist me or issue a refund, I emailed Amazon for a reimbursement of the postage fees I had spent following their instructions(with evidence). Even that small request was completely ignored. I’m left feeling scammed, exhausted, and without a working laptop. To anyone considering buying from third-party sellers on Amazon, think twice: Amazon will never assist you. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope no one else has to endure what I did.

Best Buy Fraudulent "free tv mounting. I purchase the Hisense 100' U76 with free installation and wall mounting for $1,799, which was a fantastic price. Free Installation is stated as, "Free delivery, TV setup and mounting with select Hisense 100" class QLED TVs.Add a qualifying TV below to your cart. Then, add Delivery + TV/Display Setup & Mounting during the checkout process.Excludes open-box items. Some limitations may apply. Excludes specialty items. Fees for necessary parts, accessories or permits will be charged. Delivery and standard installation must be scheduled as part of the qualifying product purchase. TV Mounting includes securing TV to customer-supplied mount and mount to wall frame and stud. Excludes drilling access holes, hiding speaker wires and custom work. Additional fees apply when mounting TV to any surface other than drywall."The bad. The delivery was made by just leaving the unopened tv box in my living room and they stated that they don't install the tv's on the wall (this is not what was stated in free installation and wall mounting when I purchased the tv). Then I had to call Best Buy to have the delivery team install the tv, which they unboxed the tv, put the legs on it and hooked it into wifi and updated the tv. The Best Buy delivery team left the huge tv box in my garage and stated that they didn't have any room in their truck so they couldn't take the box away. Now I cannot use my garage. Made a few more calls to Best Buy and paid an additional $129.99 to have them mount the 100" tv above my fireplace. Received a call back that they don't mount tv's that large and the Best Buy employee told me that I would receive a refund. A month later I called back and had Best Buy process the refund that was promised to be done a month earlier. The Best Buy rep told me that taking away the tv box was a courtesy if they had room in their truck and that they would not be sending out another truck to take away the huge box. Best Buy adding the Free Delivery, TV setup and mounting for free with purchase without having any intention of fulfilling their obligation is fraudulent. Beware of Best Buy broken promises.

Review of healthcare
Savings are very beneficial but the process of obtaining healthcare with them is excruciating! Every single time I call in, I get completely differing information and have had to spend HOURS following up on their issues. Not only that, they provide a customer service # within the portal that appears to be their # but is actually HealthSherpa (a for profit private sector company) without disclosing it. 98% of the employees I have spoken with have been totally incompetent and uncaring. This whole process has been infuriating!

This app just appears to get worse and worse. Today I tried to plan a simple route from A to B - it was like the Krypton Factor. They couldn't possibly have tested this with ordinary users. Some designer has experimented to come up with something original, unique and geeky. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.
Review of thingiverse
Censorship run rampant. My most popular model for a model rocket was taken down, with no option to appeal, or review. One of the few things that had some popularity on my profile, and now losing that messes with my stats on the site. Someone clicks the report button? Guilty with no option to prove innocent.
Review of surveymonkey
I use the mobile app of SurveyMonkey, meaning I take the surveys. It is a good experience, the app is very user friendly, and an easy way to earn money. The only thing I could complain about is that surveys don't come in very often. This isn't the apps fault though, it would be due to how little people submit surveys.

Delivery never showed up. Selected day for delivery, received email with confirmation. Then received a 4 hour window. In the whole time and no delivery. Contacted customer service and the delivery have never actually been dispatched to the delivery hub. Well, that's what I was initially told. Then apparently it had arrived at the delivery hub but too late for delivery and the earliest it could be delivered is 3 days later. Amazing the information that can suddenly appear. I have no faith that it will be delivered. €50 delivery fee and having to stay in missing work for at least 2 days is ridiculous. Click and collect if possible and preferably don't use them.
Review of homeadvisor
My first experience with yard services did not go smoothly. Home Advisor scheduled an appointment for 9:00am on a Monday. Due to miscommunication, the contractor claimed he didn't know about it. We ended up rescheduling for Tuesday at 9:00am. He showed up at 11:30am. Once he got here he did excellent work. Further confusion was that he thought it was a one-off, and I thought it was ongoing service. I will cancel my agreement with Home Advisor, as I've found a contractor closer to home (nextdoor, as a matter of fact). There was nothing wrong with the service provided, but I can't deal with the confusion.
