EA app replace Origin and after downloading it I find it will not launch Starwars Battlefront 2 (2017) game as it says launching game and then act as if nothing had happened though logs I played the game. Also as with others my Fifa 23 worked on origin but now fails to play on the EA app. Anticheat loads then nothing...once more the EA app registers it a being played but no game... no nothing! Awful and no patch in sight for it. I haven't tried other older games as to download starwars battlefront takes 4 hours. Treble it after three times I reinstalled the app and followed help articles where EA blame Windows 10 or 11 which is totally unfounded. Rubbish app, terrible Customer service.

I was completely astounded today with my delivery from Amazon, I haven’t had a problem with them for over 12 months but today really rattled my cage. The stupid man/boy left my parcels far beyond my reach outside of the child gate put up to stop my dogs running away. As I am disabled I am unwilling to forgive this stupidity the instructions are very clear with a trolly on which to put my deliveries. I wish there was some way of reprimanding him severely. I am beyond annoyed, I waited in my porch for over an hour and a half for someone to who could help me! As a disabled OAP I use Amazon as a space to do my shopping which I can’t afford to give up,it is so upsetting!

I would like to give zero stars but this is unfortunately not possible. Similar to most of the posts I see here, I all of a sudden need to pay 356 euros instead of 79 last year. I asked to cancel my subscription per direct, and a refund. Cancel yes, but no refund was the answer. Do not subscribe !!

I’ve had a few successful experiences with Kickstarter in the past, but unfortunately, my most recent project backing will be my last.Too many creators disappear with backers’ money, and Kickstarter takes no responsibility. Despite hosting these campaigns, the platform washes its hands of any accountability when things go wrong.My bank attempted to dispute the charge, but Kickstarter responded with a 12-page document defending their right to keep the funds. They pointed to the fine print, claiming I had agreed to these terms — essentially excusing themselves from any duty of care.At this point, I simply don’t trust Kickstarter or its creators. Once you’ve paid, you’re on your own — even if it becomes clear that the project was never going to be fulfilled. It’s a system that allows bad actors to exploit people with little to no consequence.Good luck to anyone still willing to take the risk. I won’t be making that mistake again.

The ICO ignored my stress from the false allegations by a ‘doctor’ and was more concerned with avoiding the liar’s potential stress. So protected the wrong person. Stupid as well as unfair. Also stopped GMC acting as a regulator. They wanted the name incase he was a physician. Methinks he wasn’t. He was an impersonator.

I have recently started my own business repairing trucks and vans, i operate mobile and received one their letters through the post. Basically stating i need to pay a fee for data protection, Which i thought was odd. Spoken to various other people in my industry who all said what is it? Called the 03031231113 number and got through to someone who sounded like they was on loud speaker the call quality was shocking, I asked what exactly they do and they told me because i am mobile i am exempt from this. Seems to me like a scam or something it does not seem very legit or convincing. If you have received a letter please just call them, it sounds like a scam to me and they have just taken my word i am mobile over the phone? Surely they should do more checks on me!

Delivery order was over an hour late. I tried customer service chat, but, as usual, once i got past the bot nobody was available. So i called, 8 min wait, had to provide order # which is greyed out, difficult to read in app, then was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for the ‘delivery dept’ to validate the customer service rep so they could provide a status. SAD! The status was it should be delivered within the hour, so no more than 2.5 hours late. I am so glad boost membership makes life easier, right. I have nothing better to do. For a company that claims to take pride in customer service, i sure do not see it!Update, order was 2 hours late with no communication until just before arrival. Driver said nothing about being late. Pretty clueless.

I've been using DB for years and currently manage 4 paid accounts, one of which is a Family Plan and pay several hundreds of dollars annually. I upgraded an another additional Free account recently to a Paid one, but have never been able to use it because one of the PCs keeps logging into the Free one, and the Online Password does not work and I have been unsuccessful in attempting to create a new one. I have spent today over 2 hours trying to resolve this with Support Chat today and then I was stunned by what they wrote to me on the Chat Line and then Ended the Chat. Here is the final message DB typed on the Chat Service... "Our chat service is intended for professional conversations and Dropbox assistance. Misuse of this chat may result in temporary or permanent suspension from this chat service. Have a great day". So, I am unable to log in to a new paid account. No phone number to call, no support. With all the negative comments I just read here on Trustpilot, I feel I need to move all of my services away from Dropbox. I am very concerned about the integrity of this company. Unfortunately, I will need to look for another service. This company doesn't seem to be what it once was. Recommendations?

I cannot recommend this salon highly enough since Sarah has taken over.The staff are friendly and it is a very relaxed atmosphere.I have been to many salons over the years both locally and in London - this is by far the best.Sarah has transformed my hair. I had dark brunette hair and I hated the regrowth. Sarah's expertise, professionalism and passion for colour has meant that I no longer worry about the regrowth. My hair looks natural and is in such good condition.Sarah is fabulous at cutting. I like my hair to look good, but with little effort! It is now so easy to maintain each day - I just brush it when I get up, as the cut is perfect - no more straightners, products every day.Sarah had suggested that instead of going every 4/5 weeks, which I have done for years, that I should go every 12 weeks. This means that over the year it works out much cheaper for me, for a significantly better service than anywhere else I have ever been.The keratin blow dry is also worth the money, my hair is in such good condition now.
