They made me pay an higher IHS fee than the one I should have. I had to pay to send them email and all I got was an automatic response. I had to pay to call them and they told me I was going to get a refund on the 2nd of October if not, I could have emailed them again. I did not received it, but now I can’t use the previous query because it’s closed so I have to pay again just to complain about the same problem. I’m very disappointed.

Excellent browser, unreliable tabs.

I've recently started using Brave because of its special 'no adverts' policy, and honestly? I love it. I've saved atleast 5 years of my life avoiding the annoyance and teeth gritting pissed-offness (for lack of a better word) that pre-roll adverts subject me to. And while that's great and all, I do have a few problems,Firstly, the browser fails to close tabs. I've found that even after I exit a particular website by clicking the X button, whenever I open the browser again, I'm lead to the same tabs. It's not a major problem per say, but it is annoying and I definitely prefer microsoft edge over this. Another thing, the layout of the browser is a bit unorganised and I much prefer searching things on Chrome than subjecting myself to the ugly fonts (sorry not sorry!)That's pretty much it I guess, definitely a great browser otherwise!

After spending days experimenting with their sandbox and integrating their API, they simply declined our application when we wanted to switch to the real environment. Of course without giving any reasons! Would have been nice to inform us upfront that there is such a hurdle, before we wasted so much time. I wish we had checked their reviews on Trustpilot before...

Excellent service which is rare from the banking industry these days!Having signed up for an Amex card in 2023, and having had lots of rewards and no issues, the anniversary date was fast approaching and as a result the first annual fee would be due, but would be more than the rewards I'd gain from the card in year 2 so I contacted Amex to move to a fee free card.I received a very prompt answer to my call, and a very clear and professional operative who moved me to a fee free credit card with no hassle.The move was completed within 24 hours and a new card posted out to me.Excellent service, just as it should be, but which is rare from the baking industry in this day and age.

Blocked from Selling Due to a Hidden Contract – Be Cautious!

As an e-commerce entrepreneur, I placed an order through Alibaba from a supplier with “Verified Supplier” status, using Trade Assurance. I branded the products and invested specifically for selling on Amazon USA, which the supplier was fully aware of. However, I later found out that the product was under an exclusive agreement with another company. They refused to disclose the date of that agreement and could not confirm whether it was signed before or after my purchase.Even worse, I reported the issue to Alibaba customer service multiple times but received no meaningful support. Neither the date nor the content of the agreement was shared with me. No mediation was offered — I was simply told to "talk to the supplier."This situation caused significant financial loss. I had invested thousands of dollars into advertising, branding, and product preparation. Now, I am unable to restock and Alibaba’s only suggestion was to "switch to another product."Verified Supplier status and Trade Assurance alone are not enough on this platform. You may face non-transparent, undisclosed contracts and a customer service team that avoids responsibility. I strongly advise new buyers to proceed with caution.

Confusing platform

Confusing platform. Doesn't work unless you use cross-platform cookies that track you everywhere. Trying to complete e-learning modules so that I can apply to Salesforce experience required jobs is a joke - trailhead has to link to some other platform and brand, and it's a nightmare even trying to log in. Created a new account, then couldn't log back in OR reset password. Just my opinion, but the functionality is the same as something like Microsoft Dynamics but salesforce is 100000% less user-friendly and more confusing to use. No wonder companies look for those with salesforce experience when you need a PhD for even basic use.

LG Ignoring $300 “Buy More, Save More” Rebate – No Accountability After 14+ AttemptsI purchased three qualifying LG appliances directly from LG.com under their “Buy More, Save More” promotion. The deal clearly advertised a $300 rebate when buying three eligible items — which I did. However, the rebate was not applied at checkout, and despite contacting LG immediately, the issue remains unresolved after more than 14 attempts over phone and email.Here’s what happened:I contacted Customer Service: they told me to contact LGOffers.LGOffers told me to talk to the Claims Department.Claims said the rebate "should have been applied at checkout" and refused to help.I went back to Customer Service, who either disconnected the call or refused to escalate to a supervisor.Every time I call, I’m told “we’ve emailed them and are waiting on a response.” Nothing happens.To make matters worse, the WashTower I purchased was not installed on delivery because the driver showed up alone and left it behind. Installation was delayed nearly three weeks after delivery.This rebate was a deciding factor in why I chose to buy directly from LG instead of a local store. Instead of honoring their promotion, LG has given me nothing but runaround, refusal to escalate, and complete silence to my emails.I’ve tried for weeks to resolve this privately and professionally. I’ve now filed complaints with the BBB and FTC, and I’m sharing this publicly so others are aware.If LG truly values its customers, someone should take ownership, honor the rebate, and prevent other customers from being put through this frustrating experience.
