Long-time AliExpress user—quality and trust have seriously declined

I’ve been shopping on AliExpress for nearly a decade, spending thousands of euros on everything from clothes to electronics. But after a recent experience, I’m done for good.I ordered an item that never arrived. It was marked as “delivered” nearly two months after purchase — no signature, no confirmation, nothing. The seller ignored all my messages. The shipping company (Asendia) never replied to my emails. And AliExpress? They refused my refund request unless I could provide “official proof” the item wasn’t delivered — which, of course, is impossible when no one answers.Under EU law, the burden of proof is on the seller, not the customer. But AliExpress doesn't care. They stonewall you with copy-pasted messages and close the case, no matter how long you’ve been a customer or how much you’ve spent.Absolutely shameful.

Buyer beware

-1 stars, what went wrong was the first lie. AAA didn’t call the tow service the first time, customers shouldn’t have call back every hour till they call a tow service.I had to wait for 4 hours, 30 miles from home for a tow service that is 15 miles away from me, I understand an hour or two but 4, unacceptable. If I had found the right number the first time maybe I would have gotten a tow sooner but, customers shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to find it either, automated system that go unanswered is not the way to go.I don’t know what happened to this company, used to be our go to for friends and family members now, I’m not so sure, not even close.If the emergency service like a tow service is this bad, I don’t trust the rest of their services they offer, insurance, financial services, if they operate the other services they offer I would not recommend any of them to anyone, unreliable, untrustworthy, at this point it’s pretty clear that AAA customers are just another number, pay upfront now, we’ll serve you as we see fit, at our discretion, this kind of post sales support is bad business practice.

I love the conversational format and …

I love the conversational format and the ability to customize the look and feel of the forms.There is a lot of room for improvement and I've sent over a few suggestions. One big suggestion is to have a open Improvement Suggestion page where people can vote on things important to them. Also for the Dev Team to have a list of priority projects with a timeline on them.Allow both groups to work together to improve it in a direction the users want to see.

Closed my online auto pay account early last year, after going back and forth and problems. Today it is still open online?Paid ULEZ online today, no email received. Money not gone from my account but cant pay again as it says I have already paid online.This must be the most inefficient online 'service' I have ever used.Absolutely shocking.

Samsung Monitor Display Malfuntion Within 2 Years

I bought a Samsung monitor 2 years ago to which I started experiencing lines running horizontally on my display obstructing my view. Within a week from then my whole screen is now a white glitching mess and it is impossible to use. I will not be buying from Samsung again as their products seem to be unreliable. I am a student who now can't afford to spend another 100+ dollars on a monitor.

Review of medium

Good Platform but Quite Biased towards Men and White People

I was a member of Medium for approximately six months until I was suspended today without any explanation.During my time on Medium I received a cryptic warning from Medium for 'Not disengaging with users' which I believe means 'Don't have an opinion, even a polite one, that will upset people'. Another warning because I said "I don't really care about or think gender identification is that important' which they classified as hate speech. This is clearly not hate speech. It is a personal opinion that I hold about gender identity but expresses no hate or even dislike for any person or group. Ironically while I don't personally think its important I do actively support those who chose to identify as other than their born assigned gender. Today my final warning and suspension was because I replied to an article about how men are all evil because of the 'Patriarchy'. I was challenged by the author to provide evidence of my position, I provided the data and link and was blocked and apparently she reported me and I was then banned from Medium. Oddly the data and link I provided was from a US government website and I added no other information or comment other than that data and website.When posting or providing content I always attempt to be polite and respectful however I do have opinions which do not conform to the narrative that men are evil and women are good which is very prevalent on Medium. While I do challenge this narrative I do so using peer reviewed research from mainstream sources.While Medium is a good platform for publishing it has an enormous amount of content which is hateful towards the male gender and towards Caucasian people and attempting to rebut that content will likely end with warnings and an eventual ban.

I cancelled my subscription (it was still free first week) on Coursera Plus, followed all procedures to cancel my subscription as per their instructions on app, even deleted my account, but yet 10 days already they are keep trying to charge my account with 399 $, likely it was not enough funds that day on my current account, so I had to switch payment details to the card which I’m no longer using, with minimal amount there, but I get notifications every day 3 times a day coursera still tries to charge my account. Customer service IS NOT exist AT ALL, they just charge you anytime for anything, is not free of charge courses it’s big scam scheme to get money out of you, nothing is free here!
