You are a disgrace. My child has inadvertently bought various add ons and accessories for games on his xbox that has resulted in over £400 taken from my bank account in just over a month. Microsoft have rejected my requests for a refund and have refused to tell me why. The support team, when you get through, appear to be very supportive but are going through the motions, making sure you go the the refund process and giving you some hope that your refund will be granted. In reality, the guys behind the scenes in the refund team have another agenda altogether and resort to dismissive emails to close down your case. Clearly profit is more important than happy customers.
