Wish I could do 0 stars. This company is a total failure as far as a good system/equipment/service provider. Their controllers cost $60 and don't last more than a few months. I'm pretty careful with them in general due to how fragile they are.Their online service is a joke, they don't moderate anything besides text/chat. Example, if you play a fighting game the other person can literally put stress on the connection to move a match in their favor without any repercussions. At least 4 times a month a portion of the online service is down (chat, friendslist/social, authentication).Sales are a recycled joke.I was once billed twice for the same game (digital purchase) then I chatted the rep and they said "seeing how we never issued a refund to you before we will refund this as a one time courtesy". Like really? I've had XBL over 11 years, I've been through 6 xbox 360s with the red ring of death problem but nothing amounts to how completely disconnect xbox has became from their player base. Just a soulless profit machine. Depressing
