Review of ea
EA Games.. EA Support.. What comes to mind when you see or hear these names? Worthless..Useless..Does not care about their customers. Basically, any negative word comes to mind, right? EA is like any other typical large corporation. They promise you the world, the best experience, they're the best, etc. Once you buy into their product they have your money, now you are useless to them. They outsource their support groups that have no idea what is going on. They are provided scripts in order to respond to your support needs. 9.5 out of 10 times their response has nothing to do with your initial question. Mostly because these outsourced analysts EA hires barely know the English language. I submitted 3 support cases needing help with my account on a game purchased online. All 3 responses had nothing to do with what I needed done. Overall, my case was not resolved as expected. Now I am left in the dark with my issue and cannot enjoy the gaming experience that EA games wants us (the customer) to have. EA's social analyst at corp office (who is most likely American) will see these reviews but won't be much they can do other than 1 thing. The 1 thing that most companies like EA should do when it comes to help and support and that is the word CARE. EA does not care. They outsource to save money. When you outsource, you get what you pay for and that is zero progress. EA..wake up and read the reviews out there. Your customers HATE you! Its not time to think..its time to replace some of your high ups in the company. Until then you are nothing else but complete garbage! I will look up every review site there is for EA and paste this review. Why? Because what I am saying is the truth. You don't even deserve 1 star.

Try getting latitude & longitude from Amazon to show where a missing parcel was delivered. If Amazon says a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it & Amazon supplies a photo of it supposedly on your property, all is not lost. The image from the camera taking the photo may, by using the original image & looking at Properties – Details, show the latitude & longitude where the photo was delivered. From that Amazon can identify whether it was your property or quite possibly where it was delivered.

I had a bad experience. I did a mistake on booking, by entering wrong month, but my aim was to book for the following 2 nights, non refundable. I arrived the hotel to check in, found the booking date a month later. The hotel staff were amazing, they allowed me to check in , paying directly to them and cancelled the future booking. They ask me to contact Agoda to send an email to the hotel and they will agree for refund.I called Agoda, the customer service appeared nice, he said will ask booking.com ( their party to send the message to the hotel, they reassured me as long as the hotel agrees, I will get my refund. I chased them because they didn't send that message to the hotel straightaway. Another guy from Agoda , called me and reassured me that I will get the refund ( all that happened in less than 24 hours from doing the booking via Agoda App).Next morning, the hotel confirmed that they received the message from booking.com and they agreed on full refund .I received an email from Agoda, saying that they will not refund because they didn't hear from the 3rd party within 48 hours!!!I sent an email and complaint, with no response. They are lying because all the process was complete within 24 hours. The hotel agreed on the refund, but Agoda held the money.DO NOT USE AGODA, THEY USE BOOKING.COM AS 3RD PARTY, and if any problem your money will be lost.It was a terrible experience.

Yet another well-deserved 1-star rating.I'm a tour company that advertises on TripAdvisor/Viator. They are without doubt the worst company in the travel industry. We have a crazy customer who has been stalking us for 2 months. The customer are now banned from our company, our social media and other booking websites. The customer has been informed to stay away from our tour or the police will be called. This morning the customer sent an email They are coming to our 10:00 a.m. tour. We immediately requested the booking websites let us cancel the tours for customer safety. Everyone immediately agreed, except TripAdvisor/Viator. Over 2 hours and 5 different representatives, their response included:1. Not their problem because the crazy customer didn't book through their website. 2. I could cancel the tours, but if I canceled my product offers may be delisted.3. They wouldn't consider the problem with the crazy customer because it didn't happen on their platform. Way to go! Such amazing concern for your customers!!!

The customer service from the National Trust is disgraceful.Having been a member for a number of years,I decided this year to cancel my membership which is automatically taken from my bank A/C.However trying to get help on the phone was impossible.Emails to the NT website proved fruitless as it came back that the website wasn’t recognised.Yet it was taken from their membership reminder letter.I thought ok It’s going to be a letter this was sent 3-4weeks ago.I have still had no acknowledgement of that letter. What else can I do?.For an organisation that the public have supported financially for many years. This is just not good enough,I will never go back to this money grabbing organisation.

Sick to death of writing contributions just to have them declined without notice or explanation. The whole site depends on contributions to work and they obviously have ZERO respect to those trying. Was NOT surprised to see Amazon own them. I'll be deleting my account. What a waste of my time.

From 9th March (2 stars)I signed up years ago for the card (spend crypto in real time) free spodify, cash back and earn rates. I received my card and began using for a few days, then realized they sent me a Singapore Card (I am based in Australia per the verification docs.) Was getting charged exchange fees on every transaction (which cancelled out the cashback) and my spodify account got linked to Singapore which meant much of the music I was after I couldn't access. I tried sorting it out with them at the time and their support was completely useless - so assuming it was a scam I staked nothing new with them and soon as Cro stake was over withdrew it.Today I heard about an Apple cash back and decided to reach out to their support to see if they had sorted their crap out. The first chat was excellent (assuming it was a BOT but man was it fast and on point- hence the 2 stars) until I got to the question - how do I cancel my Singapore issued Card and get an Australian issued card, it popped me through to a "live support" person. 6 hours later still no response (promised a response in 2 hours) - nowhere in the app to make this change myself and far out their app is annoying with the constant pop ups. I will give it a day or so and see how it goes, but based on tonights experience and the reviews here - might give them another miss and keep my stuff on Nexo.Such a shame as these guys overall were really onto something great a few years ago, but their execution / service has really let them down - doesn't seem like its improved either.Edit 4th April. So after endless loops on the "chat" with sporadic "chats" coming through email, I decided to simply start emailing them. The goal was simply to get my Singapore issued card cancelled and for an Australian card to be issued, and then to purchase 5k AUD worth of CRO to take advantage of the $800 US Apple rebate which all needed to be done by 2nd April - almost a month so shoudlnt be a problem right. The bot I spoke to on the 9th of March assured me this would be simple, and also stated the Singapore card had been issued in error. Well at it turns out the bot didn't know the capacity of its human colleagues at Crypto.com I had the infuriating experience with MAVE, VALDA and KARA over a 3 week period- alll on the same email chain. I repeated my simple request multiple times to each of them. 2 1/2 weeks into it on the 28th March, I had a break through after VALDA seemed to finally understand the request, asking me to ID myself on the email, which I did and in return to "solve the issue" she then gave me a link to the card upgrade page on Cypto.com which was the same page that had started the whole thing in the first place. When I told then had to re-explain myself AGAIN - she almost instantly responded with " were pleased to advise we have approved your AUS card and it will be issued with 8-14 days" . Pretty happy with that result (despite the Apple offer finishing in 4 days) I logged into my Crypto.com account and noticed the card was still the same old card (Singapore card). There was no way in hell I was going to upgrade this card via the app - as again the currency is locked to SNG - I checked every few hours for the next 4 days for the card to refresh in the app (whilst also continuing to email them) when finally I had a response on the 3rd April. I had MAVE on the same email chain apologize as they have been "inundated" and again ask me to ID myself. I simply screen shot the same previous request (were I had been ID'ed and verified on the same email chain only days before) I then took the time to point out how lazy and incompetent she and her colleagues were (for not even bothering to read what the issue was). I did not hear back after that, I can only assume they are off addressing other legitimate issues with incompetence. Tonight I tried to remove the last $20 of CRO i had on their app from 3 years ago, and what do you know - "unable to process please contact support". Based on my experience with crypto.com over the last 3 years, and the broader industry not to mention the highly consistent feedback right here on Trust pilot regarding their lack of support and general dodgy behavior, and to boot it seems they cant even pulll off the scam when they have someone begging to give them 5k! I can NOW hand on heart say - do not touch these guys. They are not going to be around for much longer. If you have not already done so - check out Nexo (trust pilot over 4.8), great earn, excellent support, low fees - basically the polar opposite to crypto.com. They do have a card option also, but that is not available in Australia unfortunately. PS to Crypto.com - I can be a real pain in the ass so I will be first off dumping all of the cro in my other account, advising my network to do the same and raising a complaint with relevant local financial authorities - they love to stick there nose into that kind of stuff over here.
