They have the worst reputation in the…

They have the worst reputation in the gaming business for a reason. The second they take your money is the second they stop caring about your gaming experience. They will even shaft people out of hard earned rewards and cause depression amongst many of their customers just to make a bit more money. One day this company will have someone try to rival them and everyone will be looking forward to jumping ship. This company is absolute scum. They encourage gambling from a young age and will let kids empty their parents bank accounts with no warnings. I’m surprised that this has been allowed to go on for so long without legal action taken

Paid for a room in Prague

Paid for a room in Prague, Czechia. When we arrive, there is no room for us. I have the confirmation page and number plus a PIN. I was charged on my credit card. No room. Had to find and pay for another place to sta. Booking has no way of contacting them other than through the website using the conf. # and PIN. Guess what? It's not recognized, so I can't get my money back. WILL NEVER USE ANY OF THESE SITES AGAIN

Totally disappointed with att for 28 yrs

We have been with att for 28 yrs. My recent disappointment in service has lead us to leave your company. Please feel free to review our account for all the details and concerns we have had it's a book long.The biggest concern is no communication skills.I bought my self a new ph last July for my birthday it came the wrong ph the wrong color . Att says no worries the store will exchange it .... no that did not happen. My pain continues with finding out today I still owe over 500.00 for this ph that was a 800.00 exchange well I had surgery and did not respond to a text message that kicked me out of the promotion. I will share this on every forum available 28 yrs of loyalty means nothing . I remember when your reps would say ...How Can I Make You A Very Satisfied Customer. Long ago. But my advice to att is you need to hire (Well Slow Spoken Kind Respectful people)

att does not honor store quotes.

Att store quoted final bill price for 2 phones at $142 and change including free yearly upgrade unlimited data, insrance taxes and fees. I am being bill $178. After 1 hour and a half on the phone with 4 people at support I was told att does not honor store quotes and they would not change anything. I am paying around 400 dollars a year more than quoted.

So disappointed with this company and…

So disappointed with this company and their morals. I planned on canceling my entire membership with triple aaa the month of January 2025. I spoke with 2 representatives, and I made sure to ask them, “If I cancel right now, will I get charged for the following month?” I was told , “No, you will not be charged, but once you do cancel, it takes place that exact night.” Okay, so being told that, after asking twice, why was I charged for a month of insurance in February, that I cancelled in January? And I couldn’t even log in because I was no longer an active member??? If I paid for another month of insurance then I better have insurance for that month. I’ve become so upset with this company, first off, spiking my insurance up ANOTHER 100 for liability??? And now this. Not one representative tried to help me find a more affordable rate or even help at all in general It’s embarrassing to even write a review, but this is ridiculous.

Absolute hell. I just wasted the past 2 hours of my life installing Paralells, because they promised a 14-day free period. But after the installation went through, the only option I could choose was to pay 199$ and not a 14-day period free of charge. After a lot of clicking back and forth I found the “14 days free” link, but after clicking it, it would simply load and load and never direct me to the next step.2 hours of my life I will never get back. Don’t waste your time.

Bad happenings at every turn.

Coming into the parking area. Such disorganized scenery. Cars going this way and that way with no one knowing what is going on and where to go. Drop the suitecases off. And then told to stay in the right lane. Wrong!! We need to be in left lane to park. Tampa port is so much better and a lot better with the layout and what to do and where to go with plenty of signs. We Paid for the key package. So we got on board early. We waited until 1pm. The main staterooms door was open at 1pm. The man who came and unlocked it said its OK to go in and find your room. Get to the room, door is open as all the rest are. We're kicked out. The lady said it wasn't done. Well. Don't let us in if it's not. It's b.s. get it together then. How about dont open the main door to the dtate rooms. The Wifi is not working correctly. I Have airplane mode on and conneced to the ship wifi. I Ask on the royal app Chat they said turn off vpn. I dont have one. Then was told to go to the service desk. I asked also about the casting to the tv as it wasn't working. Nelli from the guest services desk didn't answer me. Didn't want to help. Said follow instructions on tv. There wasn't any instructions. I paid 6000k to be on this ship. You should have better sevice. We waited forever for the meal at the main dining room for lunch. It was around noon. It didnt have that many people in there. Asking employees for help to what areas for what places to go and each one has a different answer. How helpful. (Sarcasm.) Then, At about 430 or so. A knock at the door and my samonite suitcase is severely damaged!!! All due to they're negligence!!! Over packing the transport cart and it tipped and was ran over. Gee thanks you arsholes!!! What a perfect birthday present for me. Thanks Royal. Thanks for breaking my brand new never used Samsonite suitcase. We haven't even left the port yet. And all of this has happened. I can't wait to see what else is in store for bad happenings. I doubt they'll even refund the cost of my suitcase and damaged items. I'll be canceling my booking in April I have.
