DONT PAY TV licenses in futureThe hypocrisy by the BBC is unpresentable. Currently there is a trial running in South Africa regarding Israel’s aggression and genocide against the Palestinian people. The BBC only reported the Israeli side of the defence. And mention nothing or showed anything about the Palestinian side of the case so the BBC is pro-Israeli Zionist rate TV channel do not pay your TV licence anymore.

If I could give them a "0" ZERO in customer service I would. Worst experience stayed on the line for over 2 hours on 4/24/2025 trying to get my mother's cell phone and home phone transferred over to AT&T. I was told I would receive a call the following day to confirm the transfer. Never happened so I called to inquire after being transferred 3 times I was told the order was canceled so we started the process again with my elderly mom on the phone. By the time 1 hour passed I just said forget it this is not worth the hassle certainly it is not that complicated to move one service from one provider to another. And of course the initial price we were given was constantly going up FRUSTRATED....Customer service is unreal....

Best Buy Lady Lake FL are Thiefs!

Added to below, Best Buy still has STOLEN over $300 from me. Crooks. Did an online order of 3 items, all showing in stock. An hour latter, I get an email saying one of the items is not available. I went to the store to pick up the other two items, and get the 3rd item in an available color. They REFUSED, saying I would've to buy the item, and wait 7 days (5Jun) for a refund on the original item....the one they did not have. The manager of the day, Paul, proceeded to make up stories why that was the best they would do. He was condescending, and unable to understand when I turned one of his lies back on him. To say he was dishonest and worthless is an understatement. I had them cancel and refund the two items they actually had. Paul refused to cancel the one item they did not even have, saying his system does not allow it. You sell something you don't have, then refuse to refund when you can't deliver the item you sold.....seems like FRAUD! I've been a Best Buy fan for a long time, as was sad they were struggling financially. Clearly understand it now, they are simply not honest. Buy from Amazon as I did, or another reputable vendor. WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY... The Customer service is awful. You cannot connect with a live person until you go through about 12 prompts. The telephone, chat services are not helpful. They sell product without stock or the support lies about misinformation, website showing stock. They claim product was lost and could not reship because seems the price are not the same anymore. They don’t honor their price. I've been using Trello and other Atlassian products for a while now, and unfortunately, my experience has gone from positive to frustrating due to their poor customer service and questionable billing practices.First, their customer service is practically non-existent. Trying to get a response from their support team is like yelling into a void. When I encountered a billing issue, I had to submit a ticket, but it took days to get a vague, unhelpful reply. There’s no sense of urgency or genuine concern for customer problems. And if you’re hoping to speak to someone directly? Good luck! They seem to hide behind automated responses and generic knowledge base articles, which only adds to the frustration.Secondly, overcharging has become a recurring theme. I’ve noticed unexplained charges that don’t align with the services we signed up for. Even after reaching out multiple times, I was either ignored or told the issue was resolved, only to find the overcharges persisting in the next billing cycle. It feels like they care more about squeezing money from users than offering transparency or fair practices.It’s a shame because Trello itself is a decent tool for project management, but with this level of terrible customer support and dubious billing practices, I can no longer recommend Atlassian or Trello. There are plenty of other project management tools out there that offer better service without the headache of dealing with constant billing issues.

I've rated here before, I gave 5 stars, because I really enjoyed it - and I still do, so I didn't touch the previous rating. However, they may not deserve the highest score, and this is because there is no possibility, on their entire website, to correspond with them! I have some problem, and I can't even bring it to their attention, because there is no button, link, etc. - no possibility to get in touch with them. This indicates, in my opinion, a fear of complaints.

Money Grabbing

This weekend NT started charging for parking at Lamberts Castle in Dorset. This is an area where the land is naturally maintained by cattle. They use the old aged excuse of charging to pay for keeping it beautiful. They will find that out of holiday seasons they won’t get much money as locals will park elsewhere and yet they will still be paying for someone to go round and check the car park. Also, it is pay by phone. Not every service is available in the car park and believe it or not not everyone has a phone.

Was a card holder for 43 years and Amex stiffed me on charge when they sided with the vendor on a prodcut we never received. I cancelled my card and will never go back. Hoe can I trust them to support their card holders when they sided with a fraudulent vendor

When Amazon works, it works and well. However I'm finding more of my items these days are damaged on delivery and returned to the seller. I then have to chase for refunds as this doesn't appear to be an automated function. I'm getting tired of battling bots to speak with a human on the other side of the world to chase my money.
