I set up an event on Eventbrite and found I cannot access it. Eventbrite are impossible to contact. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. On what level is a 30 day response acceptable to an enquiry???The response to my help centre request ends with... 'If you need additional support, please respond directly to this email to route your query to one of our support agents. We will review your request and provide you a response within 30 days.

STAY SO FAR AWAY FROM ATT. THEY WILL FIND ANY WAY TO SCAM YOU OUR OF MORE MONEY THAT THEY CAN AND CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ARE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! HATED HAVING INTERNET WITH THEM AND THEY CONTNUED BILLING US FOR MONTHS AFTER CANCELLATION AND THEN WERE SCAMMED INTO SWAPPING PHONE SERVICE BY TELLING US IT WOULD BE 180 A MONTH WITH NEW PHONES AND IT TURNED INTO 350 A MONTH AND REP SIGNED US UP FOR THINGS WE DIDN'T AGREE TO. REFUSED PHONES DELIVERY AND CANCELLED A MONTH A GO AND EVERY TIME I CALL ASKING WHERE MY REFUND OF TAXES AND FEES IS THEY TELL ME A NEW DATE THAT I "FOR SURE" CAN EXPECT THAT REFUND. SO FAR IT HAS BEEN NEXT FRIDAY FOR THREE WEEKS AND NOW I GET "20 DAYS FROM TODAY". NOPE, RIGHT NOW. DISPUTE FILED. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND JUST STICK WITH SOMEONE ELSE.

AMEX Offers No Protection – Zero Support!!!I have been trying to get a refund from Travel Up for months, and despite providing three email confirmations from Travel Up clearly stating that my full refund has been accepted, AMEX has done nothing to help. I’ve spent enormous hours for the past THREE MONTHS on calls and chats with AMEX, repeatedly reopening the case, only for them to close it without any notification. They continue to chase me for payment even though the merchant has confirmed the refund. It feels like AMEX is deliberately trying to make the process so frustrating that you give up. AMEX refuses to remove the charges from my account – even with three written confirmations from the Merchant company, Travel Up.I want to escalate the matter to Financial Ombudsman to file a complaint against AMEX however they refuse to issue me their final complaint result. Their so-called "protection" is a lie. AMEX will waste your time, ignore clear evidence, and offer no real support when you need them. Their agents disconnect chats mid-conversation to avoid dealing with your issue. Stay away from AMEX if you expect any level of consumer protection. They are useless when it comes to resolving disputes and will do everything possible to avoid helping you. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. STAY AWAY!! YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED!! Don’t fool yourself!

Was good exchange and I was praising it alot before.That was for years untill first problem arised:My Binance and email accounts were hacked and Binance assisted criminal, by letting him use email confirmation instead of Yubico passkey(2FA), which was always used. Ignored too many red flags on account with super suspicious activities, allowing to buy NFT for $1000 and immediately sell for $2. Denied any responsibility, chat support is very little use, takes days with agents putting you on hold, transfering and keeping beating around the bush, not answering questions and refusing to give details. Sad to see when once great company is going so low! Would not ever use this platform if it cannot protect users, will not supply any other form of contact apart from anonymous chat and blame users without admitting their own vulnerabilities. Recent news about Binance founder has reported to a federal prison in California also not adding any credits to Binance.

AbeBooks could be much better. I don't trust them to deliver their items - period. They've "Lost" three books on me within the last year, and are sloppy with their listings (e.g. wrong ISBN, Title, etc...) There are plenty alternatives to using this company. A shame.
