Rubbish Customer Service

my domain name ran out with another company. I had an automatic renew which they had used before but made changes to their system and that failed to work......they didn't tell me !Used Go Daddy before so went there to secure same domain name. This they did but initially told me this was difficult, might not be able to get it etc etcFelt somewhat disappointed but anyway we did get the same domain name.I needed to set this up for me business in Microsoft Outlook. "Yes we can do this for you but we will need to call you back in a day" of corse no one rings you and so after 5 days I rang them, today.Spoke to a guy who clearly didn't knw what I was talking about. He aid we emailed you on the 24th with a form to fill out. On laptop whilst speaking to him, no email 24th neither in spam. He told me you have to ring the people who deal with this, they are in Canada which is he worst country to speak to from Australia as they are awake only when we are asleep. The guy I'm talking to is in Peru !!!Yes no one else in the world can help me apart from some Canadians. So much for customer support.Too big, not interested, ridiculous customer support.....go elsewhere folks. They had no idea who I was, where I was, what I was seeking help with. They DON't call back.

I paid over £22 to go to one of their events and was there 5 minutes and left as there where 5 stalls and even the stall holders had lost money. They promised so much with their false advertising and took my money. If i see any other event orgaised by this company i would not part with any money and give them a wide birth. If i could give no stars i would.

SCAMMERS - AVOID

Made a booking through them which is paid for, haven’t supplied me the correct booking reservation details for hotel so won’t be able to check in. Keep telling Agoda, keep providing me with the same incorrect number. Agoda are refusing to escalate the issue to a supervisor or grievance manager so have been charged but won’t be allowed to check in. Please avoid these SCAMMERS for your own sanity

Poor Pics, expensive cancellation.

The pictures are average at best but the cancellation fees are expensive for such a bad service and they do not give you any warning. Make sure you cancel on time once you realise how bad their service is.

Decided to join online today.1. Monthy direct debits unavailable due to an "IT Upgrade". Annual direct debit or debit card/credit card only.2. Membership pack and card will take up to three weeks to post out (and the rest - the Royal Mail are striking on and off as of yesterday).3. The temporary membership card emailed is a PDF template that has to be printed out on a monochrome printer and then the page folded such that it fits in the car park machines. I don't possess a printer - never needed one for several years.This archaic process is nearly as ancient as some of the castles and grand houses they look after. Why can't the membership card be part of the otherwise useless National Trust iPhone app? Even our Victorian British Railways have a railcard app these days.

Manufacturer bricks they products after warranty

Don't trust they products. Just month after warranty ends, my printer "get a fault". In a two years printed maybe less than 100 pages, always well maintained, cartridges been used original and suddenly from nothing it stopped printing saying if you have an hp+ then get in touch. As it's always on wifi and auto updates, I assume they intentionally sending "update" which bricks your equipment. No other explanation. Just saying as engineer. This isn't right.

I’m surprised at the low rating here. My experience of AMEX customer service is really good. I use the platinum card and I always get through to a real person within minutes, which stands out amongst awful experiences with other companies.
