I bought this game hoping for a smooth experience, but instead, I’ve been dealing with constant issues from the moment I tried to launch it. Every single time I try to play, the game gets stuck during startup, and I’ve spent hours trying every possible solution without any luck. In the beginning, everything worked fine, but as time went on, the game took longer and longer to start, and eventually, I couldn’t get it to run at all. I ended up purchasing the game on Steam, and surprise, surprise – it works perfectly there! The problem isn’t on my end; it’s clearly an issue with your software or platform. I requested a refund within the 14-day window as outlined on your website, but now I’m being told that I’m not eligible because I’ve "played" the game for a certain amount of time. This is absurd. The game worked initially, and it wasn’t until I had already invested time that the issues started. So, of course, I played it for a while – but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s your faulty platform causing the problem. This is a terrible customer experience, and I’m beyond frustrated. I expect a full refund, and if you don’t resolve this issue, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere permanently. I will not be recommending this service to anyone. It’s unacceptable.
