I had purchased two orders of the item Cuticolour hairdye. Each product was 1490 rupees. The same product on Amazon is 1170 rs. On the parcel it was mentioned as quantity 2. After delivery, we open the parcel and there is only one item. From that day it's been a struggle to get the customer care to give us a refund for the missing item. They keep giving us fake deadlines and never give us any solution to this. This product is sold by Theskinstore,Bangalore and it has been missed from their end to give the other item.Why should I pay for a product that I have not received. Flipkart is cheating it's customers at this time by not only pricing the items high but also not providing refund for items not received. I would never ever buy anything from flipkart again and urge you not to either.

I sent six hundred dollars to help a friend out. She got locked out of her account when trying to retrieve the money, so she never got it. She was not able to access this account so I asked CashApp to return my money and they refused! This is stealing and I plan to sue in small claims court

I updated my address made sure it was update for both billing and delivery. I placed an order. They platform didn't show any confirmation address just date of delivery. Reaching out to Cousmer Service was a nightmare errors everywhere. Been kicked out of live chat. And few days later I was told that I have only changed the billing address. And I am the one who caused the issue. My product was delivered to the wrong address. And I can't do anything about it. I have downloaded all the invoices for warranty reclaim. And I have deleted my bol.com account. Data & preferences > 'Privacy, cookies and data' > 'Use privacy rights'. > 'Delete account'

I ordered one ice maker and the website processed two !! Within 15 minutes I was talking to “ customer service” who did nothing but apologize and say I could send it back ?? Great news I have to drive back and forth to return and item I never ordered ?? No way to get help ? No way to cancel the extra item ? No help at all ? Best Buy has THE WORST customer service I’ve ever had to deal with !

Have a premier plan, car was locked with the keys inside and running! Called at 9p, it's now 12:36 and 3 calls later, they have no idea when someone will arrive to assist. Needless to say, save your money and don't get AAA, canceling our membership, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I agree with all of the terrible reviews that are here. I wish I could give 0 stars. They make it very difficult and expensive to cancel once you are signed up. I did not find the content and tools very useful. I do not provide reviews very often, but I thought I should in this case. There has to be something better than this - find a different provider...

Goofy ass company. I thought I was buying (yes BUYING, no free trial) a license for one picture I wanted to use. Turns out, without really realizing, I was getting myself into a year long subscription I didn't want that I was going to have to pay $160 to cancel. So I make a fuss out of it with customer support, they tell me "look best we can do is reduce the cancellation fee to 36 bucks" so I tell them yeah okay fine charge me the 36 I just don't want anything to do with you skeezy bastards anymore. So they're next emails comes back saying "okay listen since our customer support is exceptional we've waived the cancellation fee entirely, disregard the fact that we just said we totally couldn't do that" (this isn't verbatim obviously but they literally did say they were unable to waive the cancellation fee, and then waived it in literally the next email) so we know this cancellation fee is a load of dookie, and they can waive it willy-nilly all day long as much as they like. They're just hoping they can skeeze people into paying it, thinking they have to. Don't give these assholes a dime. You can find forum posts talking about how it's just people being stupid or not being willing to pay for creative works that they use, which also might be the case, but average people's stupidity does not inundate these guys from being assholes, they still very much are. And not the good kind either, the shitty, brown, stinky kind.Quotes for proof:"After escalating your request with our Specialized Team, they have determined that we can offer you a discounted cancellation rate of $36; however, it is not possible to waive the early cancellation fee.""Your case has been reviewed by our team and as an exceptional courtesy and because we value your business and future relationship with us, so we have cancelled your annual plan without fee so you will not be re-billed again in future for this annual plan."Incorrect grammar, typos and all included because that's copied straight out my email.

I appreciate the ease of planning up to 4 weeks in advance, the flexibility of rescheduling appointments and, above all, the courses adapted to my learning needs, even spontaneously.

Like many of the others, I am also a long-term customer. Ordered 2 Christmas ornaments to come between 8/30 and 9/1. Order spent 5 days in "pre-shipping," and now it is is sitting at their local post office (guessing it is being shipped from a local store that wasn't in any rush), and is scheduled to arrive several days late. Called their so-called customer service when I saw order was sitting in "pre-shipping," and was told not to bother them until 9/1. Now it is 9/1 and after almost 10 minutes on hold finally got an agent who said "too bad, so sad." So if/when the package finally arrives, I get to refuse it, wait until they acknowledge receiving it back, and then more time until they issue the refund. It is clear, based on the number of bad reviews, that Hallmark doesn't care about its customers. They just want their money. Take your business elsewhere and maybe they will finally get the message.

They don't tell you it's removed, it just disappears. Can FT please explain why it was removed? what is wrong with that comments?I signed in as "T1000". This company has some of the poorest customer service any business could ever have. If I could rate them a ZERO, I would! Wherever their customer service is located (sounds like on a Caribbean island by the accents) needs to be relocated elsewhere where the employees want to work.

Cancelled by RC 2 months before sail date because credit card on file had been lost and reissued. I understand that i am ultimately at fault here, but for RC to cancel the trip without even a single notice (email/text) let alone an attempt for me to supply a new payment method is absolutely mind boggling. Other, much smaller companies do this all the time. I called customer service the weekend after the cancellation (Friday to a Monday) and the said they could reinstate at the prevailing price, which is almost another $1000. I can't afford that for a 3 day cruise. I would've supplied another credit card in a moments notice but RC clearly doesn't care about its customers and just wants to gouge them with higher fees/penalties. I guess they have to pay for all the days ships weren't sailing during COVID. sad my 9 yr old won't get to go now.
