I being a geriatric customer and being totally disabled, have been treated with total disrespect from a phone company who has lied to me never explained any 55+ services.Disgusted. Have been a long time customer. Am not even able to read the phone due to my geriatric condition.

Absolute madness! I don't live in London so I have no use for an Oyster card. I took two teenagers to London for a trip and wanted to buy day tube tickets on my debit card for all of us. My ticket was fine but I couldn't buy the other two tickets on the same debit card. I was told I would have to either buy a weekly pass for each of them or purchase Oyster cards (which I don't think you can do at the station) at vast expense for a one day visit. I complained when we got home and got a letter back telling me that that's just the way they operate and hoped I had a better experience next time! Fourth rate organization providing a third rate service that needs to pull it head out its own rectum but won't because it's a monopoly.

Spotify took a monthly payment without consent. I suffer from severe epileptic seizures and having been trying to close the account. They keep asking for a merchant number which I have never been provided with. Looks like we will have to stop this unauthorised payment another way.
