I recently bought a pair of shoes from DSW and it was charged to my card account on 09/03/2024.I still have not received the shoes and my contact with DSW has been useless.The shipping company tracking tells me that the package is still in Trenton,NJ with no movement.DSW has become a very unreliable online store.I will resolve this issue and never buy from them again.

I had recently added AT&T phone service to my long standing internet service. I got my Galaxys24 FE in th email, its a much better and more advanced phone than Im use to. I was disheartened when I called several stores in my area (Tulsa) to be told they couldnt help me with file transfers or anything tech support related. I finally made the call to customer service, and the tech that got on the phone was corteous and knowledgable, he took the time to understand my issue, and had the patience to calmy walk me through every detail and help me understand each process so I would be a more informed customer of my devices. He even went above and beyond to help me fix the home wi-fi crisis that plagued me for over 2 years. Id like to personally thank AT&T for keeping such fine customer service reps and techs employed. Though it took time, mostly due to me, I did take the extra time to speak to his supervisor and ensure they knew I was impressed and thankful for all that my tech did. I believe in giving praise for excellence in customer care. Thank you

Amazon used to have good customer support.Now awful customer support for 3rd party seller products when damaged leaves me wondering why I pay for a prime service when their support centre cuts me off and doesn't call back.Three out of the last four delivered products to this household have already been returned and resealed and a fifth product was faulty. If that is what I want I would use their warehouse. Poor Amazon, poor!

Can't accommodate to answer the phones for consumer travel concerns after two hours of parent being on the phone thanks now I get to potentially miss our vacation because I can't confirm if my ETA.Gov valid I did other source under your name no choice app refuses camera to apply photo ID the only applicable method the other phones were tested on it didn't suffice so now we know its your app since launch my mom did it for hers recent app is never configured I know as I can't recommend being a resident if you prefer to half ass consumers thanks for time spent acting as illegals.

I ordered with Target online with delivery instructions to place boxes in package room.A month prior, no problem as Target delivered to the package room. This time delivery wasn't to my address at all nor to the package room. The photo confirmation showed the packages but whereabouts unknown. When I called Target customer service I wanted to know where the driver placed my packages. The representative stated he could redeliver or do a refund. I accepted the refund. My complaint is Target provides no customer service and the money loss is no problem for Target as they pass the loss to the customers. Why should I support a retailer that has no regard for the customer? This isn't the first time Target delivery was unsatisfactory but I'm fed up so I wrote this review. Target, I'm tired of bad delivery service!

Ever imagine getting banned for swearing as an adult? Well I did, a 7 day ban for swearing. Not only can I not sign into Playstation Network to game but I can’t even sign in to watch any of the movie/tv subscriptions I pay for. Even more reason to get rid of Sony products and move to Microsoft.

I've previously bought Samsung phones, I still use the Samsung Galaxy S6 for the camera which is excellent. I had an A20 and in June 2023 bought an A14 which has a camera as bad as the A20. However, that's not my main gripe about this phone - put simply it's useless.When you click on a link in a site nothing happens not matter how many times you tap, what you have to do is roll the screen up and down and then it'll link to the page. It actually performs like a phone that's about 5 years old and the battery is shot. Just after I bought it I plugged in my headphones and they didn't work (they worked in my previous 2 Samsung phones) I thought it was a problem with the phone so I took it to the Samsung store (I wrote a review of my 0 star experience there) where it transpired that this phone has a different socket, so same brand, same model i.e. Galaxy but the headphone socket is different! The tech support person in Norwich basically said tough, you bought a cheap phone what do you expect! I'm experiencing problems turning the phone off, waking it out of sleep mode aside the other problems I've mentioned. I'm going to contact Samsung direct and let them know my experience with this phone which is so exasperating I've come close to throwing it away. But the upshot is I'm not touching another Samsung phone with a barge pole.

Hot chocolate is part of a day out. However, at NT properties ( we have tested a few) what you get is not hot and is not chocolate. It's a cup of warm white froth with a hint of a brown colour. I also had a sausage roll, nice and hot, good looking pastry but not much sausage meat. Seemed to be filled with tasteless stuffing, guess this is cost saving. Would not recommend either product

Printer works fine a few times with generic cartridges and then out of the blue it won’t work anymore unless HP cartridges which contain way less ink at a much higher price. Plus the HP cartridges keep needing cleaning and keep printing faint lines/problems with the actual quality of the prints. Why require a product and then don’t even make it a quality product? This company is run by pure Greed. First time trying HP and I wish I had read these reviews prior. I am going back to Epson and never returning. They are just going to continue to lose more and more customers if they don’t change things.

WHEN THIS WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO EITHER SEND IT IN FOR REPAIR OR THEY WOULD SEND A RE- CERTIFIED MOTHERBOARD IN ITS PLACE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE WITH A NEW MOTHERBOARD. THEY RELATED THAT THIS IS “COMMON PRACTICE” AMONG COMPANIES. WHEN ASKING ABOUT THE RE-CERTIFIED WARRANTY, IT IS DIFFERENT THAN THAT OF A NEW MOTHERBOARD. SO THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY YOU GET WITH A NEW PRODUCT, IS NULL AND VOID IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO REPAIR IT. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS NOR DO THEY HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS NO RECOURSE FORCING THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS CONSISTENTLY GONE DOWN OVER THE LAST 1.5 TO 2 YEARS.

I have never had such a horrible online shopping experience. I ordered a vinyl as a christmas gift in November 2020 and still havent received it!! I reached out to the online UO chat rooms and all they could tell me was that it was on back order and would be shipped a month later. Then that horrible cycle kept on continuing and the vinyl was supposed to be finally be here on March 22, 2021 and still nothing. So today, March 25th I reached out again asking for answers and when it might be here and they said it wouldnt be shipped until April 24th. So I waited 6 months to eventually end up cancelling the order all together. So frustrating.
