Bought an item off Amazon UK but the item didn't arrive. Received a message from Amazon saying it looks like the item has been lost. They then sent me an email asking me to return the item - which by their own admission had never arrived! Then, a few weeks later, they charged my account for the item they had lost. Unbelievable.

This is the second time they have charged my card without authorization, with an annual fee even though I pay monthly. It is a hassle and a game. They try to have you leave it on account toward the monthly fee. IT IS FRAUDULENT. I am going to cancel if they do it once more.

If I could put less than 1 star I would. I would give this company a negative rating if I could. The warranties of this company are just high priced blind contracts waiting to be voided as soon as you attempt to make a claim. Horrible television coverage. NOT worth it!

Avoid getting anything from Adobe on a trial basis. I decided I didn't need the software, so cancelled the order. Despite a confirmation email from them about the cancellation, they are still billing me. **Further to the reply from Adobe, they make it next to impossible to contact them / cancel an order. My next step will be to contact Action Fraud**

I agree with other comments. I just wanted to watch one course so signed up - they don't clearly communicate that you only one month trial and then you get charged $560 Australian dollars. Any emails from them went directly to my junkmail so I was not aware this had happened. I'm hoping I can get a refund through Paypal but it's unlikely.

Absolutely appalling support. Both my personal, and business account was hacked, and I changed my password, but the hackers managed to enable 2fa on both accounts, so I can’t access either of them. I’ve contacted X support team about this, and both times dismissed me and told me that I’m wrong and that I can login??? Then I emailed back, and both times never got an email back. This was nearly a month ago, still no reply. I am extremely annoyed about this situation, as X support is genuinely terrible. If you’re looking for a platform that will help you recover hacked accounts, this isn’t the one for you.

Forms are pretty but collecting our data is a pain in the rear. Also, the backend is difficult, slow and very buggy. That’s been the case for the last 3 years that we’ve been using it. There’s no easy way to generate a pdf of a submission (only via zapier (more $$) and webmerge (even more $$) or a straightforward way to analyze the data online; you must download the csv or excel manually. Oh, and you can’t use the backed on a mobile device...The only reason we keep using it is because of its nice front end look. But looking back, there’s got to be better options around now.

I really like Spotify’s option to “Go to song radio”. If you like a song it makes a whole playlist in that style - love it.Also I’m always loooking forward to their “year wrapped” - fun to see who was your favorite and what you explored. Big fan of Spotify. Always listen to it at home/car/everywhere. Thanks
