Philips fluorescent bulb warranty

Philips fluorescent bulb warranty is a scam. It's unfortunate that zero stars is not an option. Their packaging states that the bulb will last 7 years with a life of 24,000 hours. No other warrant period is stated on the packaging. When the bulb fails after two years and perhaps 2500 hours of use in a home kitchen, they deny warranty and claim it's warranty is only 1 year. This is ludicrous. Even if used all day, everyday, that would amount to less than 9000 hours. This is a sleazy operation.

I bought a brand new Philips TV only 2…

I bought a brand new Philips TV only 2 years ago for 400euros I used it only for my kids when they want to watch cartoon, now its not turning on and Philips told me that its over 2years we cannot help, u have to pay for repair.Before Philips i bought a second hand LG tv for 250euros and used it for 9years.Keep away from Philips they make rubish quality tv

This company doesn’t honour the warranty

This company doesn’t honour its warranty. We had a baby monitor that broke twice within the warranty time frame. We received the initial product as a registry gift. The item did not work from the get go. It was clearly broken and old, and should not have been put on the shelves to begin with. The new unit we received broke with 18 months (warranty is 2 years). Philips offered us 20% off their website. They don’t even manufacture this baby monitor anymore because it’s so bad. So if you buy what’s left of these at a retail store, be warned that you’re on your own if it stops working.

Philips is happy to take your money, but won't stand behind their products.

Bought a trimmer with recharging stand. Battery stopped recharging shortly after the warranty expired. I contacted Philips, who said they have no service people in the USA, and that I could try to find someone "...who works on small electronics..." to see if they could fix it. When I did, they guy said, "The case cannot be opened without breaking it, and the battery cannot be removed without severing the connections. To replace the battery would require tearing the whole thing apart and rebuilding it, and would cost four or five times the cost of buying a new one!"Philips is willing to take my money, but not willing to stand behind their products.

This company is the best crappy company in THE WORLD!

This company is the worst company in the industry! I mean their customer service people are full of CRAP. They know nothing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Id*ots, Morons, Stupid people who should just quit. They make the customer (who paid a big price for defective product) seems like it's his fault for buying the worst tv's in the world. One word for these Id*ots customer service people. Go clean the crap in the bathroom, it is more suitable for you.

Bad TV experience

Bought an oled 55pos9002 / 12 tv that has been used normally for 3 years where there have been problems with the colors in the middle of the screen. Become a green blob in the middle of the TV so that, for example, faces get a green ish color. Info I have received from others is that the panel used in this TV is manufactured by LG in 2017 and that there is a well known problem on panels that was produced in this periode. They apparently has a flaw that makes the components behind the screen send so much heat into the screen so that this area is becoming faulty. At LG it seems people have had the screen replaced, but the support at Philips is hiding behind the fact that they say that it is a burn-in.Everyone else who has watched TV has seen right away that it is not a regular burn-in. Can't stand any more quarrels with the support at Philips so the TV is delivered as waste and buys a new TV from another manufacturer.So absolutely recommend everyone not to even think about buying a TV from Philips. If you have problems, it does not seem that Philips is willing to take responsibility for a bad product.

Opinion on PHILIPS LED TV

we purchased Philips led tv. with in 3months the picture was not visibled I raised complint regarding my issue . almost 2months completed but my issue is not cleared yet they r providing me some area managers numbers Nd service persons numbers but thay are not responding properly and one of the ANDRA electronic owner no (+91 98481 47845) VIjAG he is very harsh behaviour one and rood he is raising his voice on me if you want tv you have to come vizag Nd take your tv he said.really Philips company is cheeting customer over all (customer) iam the looser I wasted my money and time really very bad service and worst products before going to purchase pls verify once thank you

Phillips customer care service system is awful

Philips whole customer service sucks! And I don’t mean the people I mean their system! I have had my TV for under a year that is a Philips TV and I decided to start having issues well I called their warranty place since I’ve had it under a year and I have been trying to get my TV fixed for almost 3 months now as if they are trying to wade out the deadline for their warranty thank goodness when I bought the TV I bought a three-year protection plan got on the phone with that company and all in one phone call they had me troubleshoot the TV and the remotes and at the end of the phone call they said all right it’s not working let me see if I can find you a replacement for the same price and type and if there’s nothing then will send you a check and guess what I’m getting a check in the mail that simple all in one phone call instead of getting the runaround of a we will call you back within 3 to 5 business days here it is almost a whole two weeks later after I’ve called them (philips warranty) numerous times throughout the past two months expecting phone calls from them and they never called me back!

I bought the philips sonicare

I bought the philips sonicare, which is a pretty expensive toothbrush, on recommendation of my periodontist. Just after warranty ran out (2years) the toothbrush started turning itself on and off. When I messaged philips support and was advised that I was out of warranty, the person told me that the toothbrushes were build to last 5-10 years, here is a 10% voucher and have a nice day. I was shocked about the audacity to tell me that they were supposed to last for 5-10 years and that Philips really didn’t seem to feel the need to at least apologise. When I called my periodontist he said they had stacks of malfunctioning philips toothbrushes and that they often failed to work after a year. He was happy to give me 10% off a new toothbrush and apologised for Philips very poor customer service. I am really disappointed and cannot believe how they try to fob off their so called “valued customers” with a 10% voucher to buy another nz$400 toothbrush that will just about last 2 years.
