Pure scam

Pure scam! Had to chase a refund for an event cancelled by the organisers, they said they sent the refund on 30 of Jan, in March and still nothing. All their links about forms and requests are fake, no customer service email, no way to contact them, they’re just taking people’s money without any justification. WILL NEVER BOOK AN EVENT FROM THEM AGAIN!

This site shows you why chess is overrated.The bots trashtalk you harder then Donald Trump. Also not for anybody who isn't a hardcore chess andy, cause you won't get a chill online game either. Toxicity everywhere. And if some questionably intelligent 200 elo player, plays better then the 2000 elo bot, this site either has no cheating-detection or no smurf-detection. This has seriously put me off online chess and i will now definetly never try offline chess events ever, cause if the players are just half as arrogant, smirky and toxic as online, i don't want to give them a minute of my time.

I am unable to get anyone to help with my information that got hacked. Att is horrible absolutely HORRIBLE. If anyone is doing a class action lawsuit please let us know. No one at att is helping. No one knows what to do. They are constantly just send you to any department so they dont have to help you. 2 hours invested i got nothing by sent to India. I hope they lose everything.

This company doesn’t honour its warranty. We had a baby monitor that broke twice within the warranty time frame. We received the initial product as a registry gift. The item did not work from the get go. It was clearly broken and old, and should not have been put on the shelves to begin with. The new unit we received broke with 18 months (warranty is 2 years). Philips offered us 20% off their website. They don’t even manufacture this baby monitor anymore because it’s so bad. So if you buy what’s left of these at a retail store, be warned that you’re on your own if it stops working.

There is no way to delete your account…

There is no way to delete your account from within your account, you search high and low, even customers service cant help you over a simple live chat, you have to call them up and try and close it over the phone, why in todays world they have you do this is shocking, absolutly terrible, they try to trap you like holding customers hostage. Do not use this company if you want the freedom to choose to no longer use their services, also their messages are like spam and pop ups on the computer are like you have a mcafee virus. Never again will I ever consider Mcafee and I will tell those who ask to stay well away from Mcafee.

When purchasing refurbished products with a warranty from Best Buy don't be fooled into thinking you have peace of mind. Be aware that when they refurbish products such as iphones (my experience) they use none apple parts. When those none apple parts fail within a month as my daughters did (the LED screen), they refused to cover the repair under the warranty. They blamed my daughter for repeatedly bending the phone in her back pocket. It doesn't fit in any of her shorts back packets. Knowing that they use none apple products you would think they would put their hands up and go "fair enough, cheaping out on parts back fired this time", but no.I have bought 3 mac books and numerous cell phones from them in the past but never again.

DO NOT USE VENMO… THIEVES!

I completely agree with everything written on these reviews. Venmo is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My account was frozen on August 3 due to fraud activity with over $500 in my account. It is now September 19 and my account is still frozen after multiple phone calls and multiple emails. I have done everything they’ve asked me to do. I’ve uploaded three different IDs verifying who I am reset my password and more. All they do is send you more emails asking you to verify more information while holding onto your money. I just made a phone call and was actually hung up on by a supervisor. His exact words “this conversation is not productive I am just going to end the phone call now.“ They are thieves, unkind, untrained and their resolution process is nonexistent. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL STEEL FROM YOU!!!!!
