Philips whole customer service sucks! And I don’t mean the people I mean their system! I have had my TV for under a year that is a Philips TV and I decided to start having issues well I called their warranty place since I’ve had it under a year and I have been trying to get my TV fixed for almost 3 months now as if they are trying to wade out the deadline for their warranty thank goodness when I bought the TV I bought a three-year protection plan got on the phone with that company and all in one phone call they had me troubleshoot the TV and the remotes and at the end of the phone call they said all right it’s not working let me see if I can find you a replacement for the same price and type and if there’s nothing then will send you a check and guess what I’m getting a check in the mail that simple all in one phone call instead of getting the runaround of a we will call you back within 3 to 5 business days here it is almost a whole two weeks later after I’ve called them (philips warranty) numerous times throughout the past two months expecting phone calls from them and they never called me back!
