Philips take your money but don’t deliver the goods

Bought a subscription for one blade blade replacement on 22/07/21 and received tracking with ups confirming that first blades would arrive on 28/07/21 by end of day. No sign of them and further email from ups on 29th stating date changed to Monday 02/08/21. Four hours later another email stating “.your parcel is pending release from a non ups broker. Contact the non ups broker for additional information.” What a shambles and what a load of con artists. Money taken from account immediately but no product delivered after 8 days and a load of conflicting and confusing messages. If I ever get my first set of blades I will be cancelling my subscription straight away. Shocking service by Philips and UPS and will not shop directly with them again. A load of shysters

No servie from Phillips Austrlaia.

There is no service even to give one star to.I have purchanse an electric shaver and given an order number 34012579999. They say on line the oreder is complete. it has never turned up and there is no way of contacting Phillips Austrlalia unless you are buying gsomething else. Don't know how to get my money back or to buy a shaver onlne for that matter . Obviously not wiht Phillips.

Arrogant and dangerous.

My Senseo coffee machine steamed up, almost exploded and burned my hand but despite complaining and demanding a new machine or my money back I received neither, was forced to return it for repair. It's obviously a faulty machine, so I'm not optimistic. Oh! And their service? What service? Zero. No apology, no concern, nothing. I will never buy from Philips again. Nor will my friends and social media contacts. Hopeless, arrogant and rude.

I purchased the PerfectCare Compact…

I purchased the PerfectCare Compact Steam generator ironGC7805/20 from Philips online store directly and registered the product , it came promptly , after setting it up I noticed that the steam generated was pretty woeful however I stuck with it as I thought as its new maybe it needs time to "bed" in, 11 months later and the thing has simply stopped working , my old Morhpy Richard which was 12 years old produced better steam .So with that I contacted the CS who told me its clear there is a problem with it and I have to send it off to get repaired leaving me with no iron at all which will take 10 business days which equates to 21 real life days so I am left without an iron, even thought it does not generate steam it still got warm..I will never purcase from Philips again.

Stay clear of Phiips Sonicare if you want it working beyond the warranty!!!

This is the second Philips Sonicare my wife has purchased and yet again it has stopped working just outside of the warranty period. Whilst the toothbrush works well it does not last beyond the warranty period.Personally I use Oral B toothbrushes and they last for years, finally if you are considering telephoning Philips to actually speak to a human being forget it, it's impossible!!

Worst Customer Service Ever!

Tried to order Philips Sonicare C-1 toothbrush heads on their own web site shown at $14.95 reduced from $29.99, but when I placed the item in my cart the price changed to $29.99. Called customer service and a foreign voice told me sorry but $29.99 is the price and hung up. I then tried to chat with customer service,, but after a message that someone was on with me, no response. Then, I called back, explained the issue and asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold and then hung up on. Called again and asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a busy line! Each time I maintained my cool and was very polite. I have never experienced such incompetence! Plus, the refusal to sell a product at the price their own web site clearly offers it is just the height of corporate disconnectedness. I think I'll just trash my sonicare and buy another brand rather that support such a company! You would do well to avoid Philips as well.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, customer service is a joke. I subscribed for the refill blade program. A week later I still have not gotten tracking number for my item. I called and they tell me that they are out of stock and it will be restocked in a month. Then why is this company allowing people to set up new subscriptions. Now I have to wait a week to see if I get my refund. And best part is customer service barley speaks English and you cant understand them. What a JOKE save yourself a headache.

Worse ever company you’d think it would…

Worse ever company you’d think it would be amazing but it’s actually a scam of a company! Returned my item well within its return period item called to check and was told a refund was raised never happened apparently never got returned don’t know where the hell it is and what ups have done. Raised a complaint the lady said she’d call me back in 4 business days it’s been a whole week no call back and no refund. Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied what a shambles

Fundamental Flaw In Beard Trimmers

Philips are normally synonymous with quality as a brand but as you can see from the other reviews this has been obliterated.My case is with their beard trimmers. There is a fundamental flaw with the product design which means that when you remove the clipper head the small plastic clips that hold it on are prone to breaking.THis isn't a one off and more fool me for purchasing the same product again but it has now happened three times! I'm not an unlucky person either. If you check their own web site it is laiden with negative feedback about this and yet they have not addressed the issue.They know there is an issue but it's obviously not financially viable for them to recall the product even though it's been going on for years. Even their new version of the new model of the same type of product has the same issue. It's an easy fix with the use of metal clips instead but again this would cost too much for them.For a £90 beard trimmer I expect more and to the customer service won't even respond to support requests.I tried to source the replacement part (just a bit of plastic) and they wanted £30 + delivery!

Phillips and UPS

Phillips should stop using UPS as a delivery service. They've held my item in the UK warehouse for five days and when I tried to track it I get messages like "awaiting instructions "which is complete rubbish the only instructions are "deliver the item "I am still waiting.
